    • One of the best eyeliner pencils I've had.
I hope they never change the formula on this. This goes on smooth and precise. It takes a minute or two to 'set', prior to that it is easily 'smudged' for a softer look. It stays all day and is easy to wash off at bedtime. I never get 'raccoon eyes', it's quite sweat and tear proof. I use the 'Emerald Metalic' color, I'm not sure if other colors behave differently. I've noticed that some other kinds do vary on performance between the colors. ... show more

It definitely doesn't seem to last on my face. I yawn a lot (so tears) and I do find that the eyeliner will eventually fade into nonexistence with enough of them in a row. However, the color is nice and otherwise seems to last pretty long on non-sleepy days. I'm very happy with it.

After first trying the product I bought it in every color. Problem: it’s very difficult to sharpen. I have at least 4 makeup sharpeners that didn’t work. Then purchased covergirl’s sharpener and it didn’t work either. Wish it was in a self sharpening pencil. I’ve wasted at least half of the pencils trying to sharpen them. ... show more

Applies easily, creamy formulation which you can even smudge if you want to. Lots of pigment in the green shade. Once it melts into your skin it has amazing lasting power. This particular eyeliner is like a soft crayon-like liner that applies smoothly without scratching or scraping your eyelid, like the pencils you have to manually sharpen! It's a deep rich green color (not lime or olive green) and it really brings out the green in your eyes! Best part, there's no need to sharpen, you just twist it (like lipstick) to make it comes out.
