I've used Covergirl Clean forever, have loved it, love it still, and no plans to change. I put a dime size blob in my hand, squirt a little water on it, mix it up, blend it on my face, go over it with a damp make-up pad, and I'm done. The squirt of water is a "me" thing because I prefer coverage as thin as possible, and this is water-based foundation, so it mixes well with water and still covers good. Omg they don’t even sell this at cvs anymore I really hope they are not discontinuing it! Way cheaper on Amazon anyways but thought I would grab some while I was there and they didn’t even have this kind anymore looked like it was replaced with another kind in a tube! Which I bought and it was no where’s near the color #150 or the texture it was horrible! So glad Amazon still has it I’m prob gonna stock up just in case they are discontinuing this item that I have been using probably since high school and I’m 63 years old !!!! For me it’s the best for my skin it lays nice and is the perfect color for my skin tone and lasts a long time ! One bottle usually 4-5 months maybe longer I’m not even sure ! I have spent the last nearly three decades listening to beauty articles telling me I shouldn't wear the same "garbage" makeup I wore in high school because skin needs change, etc. Well, this is what I wore in high school, and I have spent thousands of dollars and many years trying to find a foundation that will work well for my skin. Nothing works. It all settles into fine lines. I basically just gave up the other day and thought about this makeup. Shrugged my shoulders and added it to cart. It does NOT settle into my fine lines! It STILL matches my skin tone perfectly! It STILL doesn't smudge. It STILL washes off well. I can't even believe how stupid I was to stop buying this stuff lol. I'm so happy now though! The only thing I don't love is the smell- it transports me back to the mid-late 90's and all the ennui of high school. But I'll gladly put up with it to finally have a foundation that actually works! ... show more
