Beautifully presented. They were well packed for shipping, and arrived in perfect shape. The ads and product specification are clear, these are an 8 ounce glass. However, the box they come in indicates there are four glasses of 12 ounces. I poured about 6oz in and the glass was full. Not suitable for gifting bcz of this error.

I ordered these glasses twice because unfortunately they arrived with defects. The first time, there was an obvious break in one of the glasses, so I returned them and tried again. Second time, all looked good until I poured in some champagne only to be disappointed that it leaked all over the counter through an unseen crack. Sadly, I didn't check before putting them away so the window for return/refund expired :(

First off, the glasses arrived right on time. They are beautiful and just as expected. Can’t wait to use them. The only downside is when we opened the box I couldn’t even tell if these were new or used because they were so dirty. It’s not like we weren’t going to wash them anyway, but this was a borderline ridiculous. I’m giving it four stars so that hopefully the company will read this and get their quality control people to clean them somewhat before sending them out. Notice in the two pictures how you can read the recipe through one glass, but you cannot read the one that I took straight out of the box. I know I’m being picky, but you only get one shot at a first impression. All that being said, I love the look, the weight and the feel of this glass. It makes a perfect Manhattan!
