The first one I got was an open box item and was indeed defective. Most of the time when I buy used it’s in perfect condition. This time not so much. Once I bought it brand new I was floored. What a wonderful, powerful blender. I have a stomach hernia and scarred esophagus. I have to blend everything I eat until my surgery next month. The last two months or so I used this blender. What a well made, wonderful blender/ food processor…. The stainless steal is Reastraunt quality industrial style. I can not believe it’s under 50.00 and such excellent quality and style. Exactly what I need right now and ohhhhh so easy to clean. You can not beat this big guy, its phenomenal ❤️

Super bummed. I read all the amazing reviews and took a shot. Sadly, the blender didn't work. The locking mechanism seems to just fall short of pressing into the slot and wont allow the blender motor to work. Yes, I am sure. If I manually press the locking mechanism on the side intended for the small bowl it works. It also works with the small bowl, obviously. However not with the actual blender. I really liked the look of it and reviews. Another unfortunate- it is now unavailable so no exchange option. Definitely not the sellers fault, I certainly hope they wouldn't send out a defective product. It's just an unfortunate set of circumstances. The hunt for a good blender will continue...

Very powerful and well balanced. Do not need to stay on long. Works very well. Only thing is knowing how to lock and unlock to turn on.

I bought this to replace my old Ninja blender I've had for 6 years and wore out. I'm happy with the strength of the motor and sharpness of the blades to make my daily smoothies. Speed options are limited, but meet my needs. It's not too loud. It comes apart easily for cleaning. Attractive enough to leave on the countertop. The bonus mug is nice to take to work. I haven't used the grinder accessory yet, but will update this review when I do. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others that need a simple, straightforward blender.

This blender is amazingly powerful, even the low setting. Making smoothies and milkshakes take just a few seconds to whip up. The one downside side it’s too powerful for the small bowl attachment. I wish there was a slower setting for the attachment bowl. Overall grade is an A-.

Love the glass carafe. Love the powerful engine. Hate the 'release' mechanism. My husband is sick of coming in to remove the glass carafe from the engine body for me. I am not strong enough to compress them togetherAND turn it at the samw time. POS!!!! Would not recommend, like, ever.

I absolutely love my new blender and use it daily for smoothies and coffee “Frapuccino’s.” It does an excellent job of pulverizing ice and blending. I’m so happy that I spent just a little extra for a higher quality product. It’s a GREAT DEAL for the quality, and I absolutely love the streamline, clean design.
