I could not be happier with this purchase. These barstools are stunning in person—the black velvet with the gold legs gives such a high-end, elegant look and completely elevated my space. They’re not just pretty either—they’re sturdy, comfortable, and feel really well-made. I’ve already gotten so many compliments on them! What really impressed me, though, was the customer service. Unfortunately, UPS lost one of the boxes that had two of the stools, which was super frustrating—but this company handled it amazingly. They were incredibly responsive, communicative throughout the entire process, and sent out a replacement quickly with no hassle at all. It honestly turned what could have been a bad experience into a really positive one.
