I normally don’t purchase anything from sellers or products that have no reviews but this is Amazon and if I get something that’s messed up, they resolve it for me so I gave this product a shot. The assembly was a 123 step thing, very easy and they provide the 4 screws and the little thing to screw them on. They also give you extra screws. This product came with two chairs but I only assembled one because I had to see if I liked it and if it was the height that I needed. This thing is big compared to the little chair i had my eye on in Burlington (store). I love the back support even though that’s not what I bought it for. My brother is 6 feet tall and this is what the chair looks like next to him (see video). I love it and I’m glad I gave this seller a try. They look nice and would work for something temporary, but very light weight witch some people want but lake of weight at the bottom, be careful they will tip over easy , do not recommend if you have kids. And the materials look good but very cheap and will not last long , they are ok if lightly used , so not a bad buy just mostly for looks. ... show more

The price was right, but you do get what you pay for. The base of these do not have any weight to it, so -- even at its lowest height -- getting onto it can cause it to topple way too easily. And the more you are close to that 250 lb limit, the more likely you and the chair will fall. Also, I put a few felt pads on the bottom of the base so it can slide without scratching or smudging my hardwood floors. My solution to the light base is to add sand bags to to it. Tada! It stabilizes the chair to be more sturdy. Now I can elevate it to the maximum height, hop on and it barely moves. 25lbs of sand seems to be enough weight. Now I'm happy with my purchase. ... show more

I love the chairs but there were crusty food marks on both seats. They do not seem new. I will be keeping them though since they are comfy and cheaper then other ones I found.
