Update: The seller resent the item. I believe the problem was that the initial shipment was size large instead of medium as ordered. The new ones fit the chair as I expected. The seller also refunded my purchase price due to the hassle of having to wait for a replacement. I am now satisfied with the item and pleased with the effort the seller made to correct the problem. I ordered these in size medium. However the measurements are much closer to the large size. The length should be 19.6 - 21.6, but it is closer to 28 inches. There is no tag of any kind on these to verify what size they are supposed to be. Unfortunately I discarded the packaging, so I can't check to see if that had anything marked on it. I liked these better than others from other manufacturers because they had the narrowest width measurement. However what I got did not match the stated size. ... show more

I ordered these because I have a slipcover for my sofa which is blue, so I specifically wanted the blue grey because it was the correct color match with my sofa. The reason for ordering it was not so much to replace the sofa slipcover that I have---because it already includes the arms of the sofa. I wanted these because the sofa slipcover moves whenever I sit of sleep on the sofa. The slipcover just doesn't stay in place so I have to constantly make adjustments especially to the arms. These provided some softness to the arms of the sofa and a little extra protection, but more so than that, the twist nails keep not only the arm chair covers from moving, but also double at keeping my sofa slipcover arms from slipping and moving as well. The covers are nice and spandex stretchy to provide an elastic snug fit. The only reason for knocking off 1 star and I had to because this was a color that I chose---rather than receiving the grey blue which in the picture shows more of a definitive blue color, it appears that I was sent light grey and there is a distinctive difference between those 2 colors, so that was a disappointment. Also, these are shorter than what was depicted in the photo, so the length was inaccurate. ... show more

The fact that I was able to find couch arm rest covers that matched almost identically my couch covers left me with a sigh of giddiness! I was thrilled! This meant that maybe, just maybe for a short time I could remove the mismatched hand towels that I was constantly putting down to keep stains from happening. See... I have kids and kids have sticky, dirty, fingers. They drop things and wipe things and do all sorts of icky things to furniture. (Please see my before and after photos.) These arm rest covers were simple to put on my couch. They stretched easily and come with cute little takes that can be gently twisted into the fabric to lock them into place, so they don't shift while being used. I only used one for a photo for this review - because the above paragraph shows that I'll be taking my covers off often and washing them, so I have no need for the fasteners. But with that said, the fasteners are small and clear, so they are hardly noticable once screwed in. You have too look very close in the photo. When it's time to wash these, just pull them off and toss them in the washing machine. I stick with the same temperature as I do my couch covers which is warm water, regular detergent and then I will either air dry or stick it in the dryer on permenant press (depending on my mood). The fabric is stitch well. The texture is pleasant to the touch and the overall feel is silly soft. I really am thrilled to no longer look at my couch and see bright orange towels, or purple, or white, or any towel at all! Instead I get to look at these pretty arm rests. ... show more

The title gives you the basics, but let's go into more details. First, this particular option was a light color, so it's pre-faded as it was (and didn't quite match the color of my prior couch cover), and is neutral and pleasant. The texture is slightly raised, so if you want a satiny smooth finish, you'd be unhappy, but I prefer this style, both for the tactile feel and limiting the feeling you're going to slide your rear off if you're sitting on the edge. The colors didn't change, nor did the material come apart/pill after putting it through the washing machine on normal, though granted, it's only been once. My main issue, as you can see from the photos, is that it appears materially smaller than the image would imply - yes, my couch has chonky arms, and even then it reached the bottom, but it had a large gap when reaching to the back. And this is for an average-sized three seat model. So, you could do a lot worse, but not ideal for larger/older couches. Another thing to consider is there is no elastic, so you're dependent on friction keeping in place, or using the provided fabric screws to fix it into place - and that's fine for some/most fabric material couches, but would be a poor choice for others. ... show more

I'm reviewing couch armrest covers in blue Grey, size medium. I was really impressed with the way these stretched to fit the armrests on my couch. The arm rests are very wide, so I wasn't sure they'd fit when I ordered, or how they'd stay put. The covers come with pins that you twist through the material and into the couch. Now I"m not sure about what this will do to the couch, but likely not much. Im covering mine because I'm well past due for a new one, so if it puts a small hole then it really won't matter. That being said, the pins work well, they hold everything where it should be. The covers themselves are made of a nice, stretchy and soft material with solid stitching, making them a great quality item at a good value. The color of the covers is consistent and vibrant throughout the piece. I love being able to extend the life of my couch with these. The ease of installation makes this hands down a no brainer if you're looking to bring your couch back to life. ... show more
