The fabric covers really help with the sweat. But, they do not fit great. There were no instructions on how to put them on. I just did the best I could putting them on. I ended up trying to put them between the glasses cover and face mask.

I tried the head bands but they slid all over when I was doing Supernatural workouts, so I got these covers instead. Today I was able to get all the way through my workouts without my headset slipping. Mine came with instructions and worked great.

It doesn't have the nose band that most masks have and that causes it to keep moving out of position. In the attached picture you can see the comparison of a regular mask (on top) vs this mask missing the band.
