This is a beautiful backpack. It looks a LOT more expensive than it is - I think people would believe me if I told them I paid $200 for it. The fabric is not one of those weaved nylon types (which is great for sturdiness but let's face it, most of them look cheap) but largely smooth plastic with a lightly ribbed pattern on it. This tells me that it is COMPLETELY water-proof. And the bag holds its shape well, unlike the weaved nylon types, most of which look like sad, creased messes. I got the blue one, and I noticed that going by the photos I looked at before purchase, it seemed to be either navy or lighter blue. I can tell you this is definitely a navy color and not plain blue, or in line with what I was hoping for. Of note, this backpack will not hold a ton of stuff - the capacity is certainly not big enough for, say, a student that needs to carry multiple, thick textbooks or a big binder. But my carry needs are pretty light, consisting of a 10" tablet, a 6" ebook reader, bluetooth mouse, portable keyboard, a battery pack and a few other stuff, and for that, there is plenty of room to spare. The side pockets hold my 16oz travel mug perfectly and they are deep enough that I don't have to worry about the mug falling out (one of the primary reasons for this purchase, as my existing backpack's side pockets simply were not deep enough, forcing me to hand-carry my travel mug). But it probably can't hold a mug/bottle larger than 16oz. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. Lastly, I'm a dude and one concern was that this backpack may look a bit feminine - I don't think so, it just looks very classy.

Love this material! It's very unique, especially at the bargain price it is. It's waterproof, durable, easy to wipe clean, and looks expensive. The backpack is well-constructed with useful pocket locations including the easy access laptop compartment, which I use way more often than I thought I would. I use a laptop sleeve for extra protection, but there is a thin layer of padding in it as well. The only improvement - I wish I had a matching crossbody bag to go with it!

Great materials and will fit essentials like laptop and iPad and tech bags and lots of pockets. One issue: No padding at the bottom of pack. I bought some foam cushion pads and inserted in laptop pocket and bottom of back pack section. Threw work laptop inside and it would damage the laptop. Learn from me. Get cushion pads and tape them in and it will be a great backpack!!

I moved to a rainy island for 4.5 months for school, and this bag worked so well. I was tempted to buy a really fancy one, but in a whim “went cheap”. Which was a risk because I wouldn’t have been able to replace it on the island. It worked so well! and still looks brand new after being back. I wore it everyday, nearly all day. Carried my 15” MacBook Pro safely, along with sweatshirt, Bose over-ear headphones, water bottle, snacks, chargers, etc. it fit more than I expected. I traveled by foot or on tightly crowded busses - no problem at all. Chest clip held up, never broke. Nothing ever got wet! Side pockets were perfect for bus passes, phones & small water bottles I liked the organization of the inner pockets. It never felt like I was rifling through black hole trying to find things. Suuuper light weight, nice strap cushions, low-profile. Good design, surprisingly great value.

I absolutely love this backpack! It has several compartments which makes it ideal for travel. I bought this for work originally, but now am also using it as my carry-on backpack for flights. It's one of the most functional backpacks I've owned and it looks really stylish also! It fits my 56oz Yeti water bottle easily, along with my laptop, accessories, a blanket, umbrella, and more. Really happy with the value and so is my boyfriend, as he's stolen this twice now to use for travel. Will be purchasing another.

I have used this backpack for work for 5 months and I love it! It's sturdy, looks professional, and the straps are comfortable. I have carried full, heavy loads in it (laptop, folders of papers, supplies, water bottle) and have probably over-stuffed it but it'll hold up well and my shoulders don't hurt due to the adequate padding. The backpack's material also does an excellent job of protecting the contents from rainy weather. The only downside (as other reviewers have mentioned) is that the water bottle pockets are not accommodating enough. There is one on each side of the backpack, but due to my full load, I can only squeeze in one (and even that can be a challenge sometimes). Other than that, I think it's amazing and you should get it.
