I read really mixed reviews on this product before I bought it and I was really skeptical of it. I bought these to put on top of memory foam padding in my camper bunk beds (because they were the perfect size and we only needed a little extra cushion). Please know that this product is not a mattress. It is not thick or super padded. It is meant for something that is already a cot of sorts but just isn’t comfy as it is. In my case, the memory foam padding was fine in the camper until you sunk down. Our previous fix was just to have a folded comforter between the person and the padding, which was perfectly comfortable, however as the kids rolled around, it would get messed up and we were fixing it every single night. These pads prevent that because they strap right onto the memory foam padding and I can put the sheet right over top of it. Just know, it is not thick enough to just sleep on by itself, that’s not what it is meant for.

i purchased this to add some comfort to an old day bed. added nothing. i read reviews about people purchasing to add to cot. would add VERY little other than not sleeping on bare steel. i ended up folding it in half and using it on the couch for a bit of softness. okay, but would not purchase for that purpose. well made, good looking, just not what i needed it to be.

I knew I was buying a bed. I knew I wasn’t buying a memory foam mattress topper. But I was still disappointed that something described as a pad is really just a thin quilt that provides me no cushioning.. I wish I had saved the $40 and just used a blanket.
