My mom ordered this for the deck and it has become my new best friend! I can lay in this thing for an entire day! Even in the southern heat! It’s just that comforting! It’s like a hug in a cloth cot!! We added a small pillow to add to our relaxation and comfort!!! Do not climb in from the ends! Sit in the middle and then lay down! That’s the best way to get out also!

I’ve wanted a hammock for a while now, so I can enjoy lazy summer afternoons in my backyard. The Cozy Nation Double Hammock with Stand has become a haven of comfort and relaxation. The woven cotton fabric provides a cozy, breathable surface that gently embraces you. The side pocket is great for keeping drinks, phones, and books within easy reach. This package has all the necessary parts for a stand-alone hammock, or for hanging between trees. A travel bag lets you take it with you, or store it over winter. Clear and concise assembly instructions made setting up this hammock easy. The metal stand is robust but not bulky, and I’ve never felt like it would collapse under me. It’s no hassle to disassemble and take with you to the beach or picnics. The setup also includes tree straps and S hooks so you can hang it between trees without taking the metal stands. I assumed the hammock would be a UV-resistant nylon fabric for long-term outdoor use, but it’s a fairly robust cotton that doesn’t get hot and sweaty, and feels nice and soft. I won’t leave the hammock outside over winter, there’s no sense in unnecessarily exposing it to the elements when I won’t be using it. I really hope the cotton lasts for many years because I haven’t seen any replacements available for sale (hence the 4-stars not 5). While spacious enough for two close friends, it works best as a comfortable retreat for one. The height from the ground is about right, making it easy to climb in and out without any fuss or funny moments. Relaxing in comfy hammock in a serene spot in the summer shade is one of life’s pleasures and this hammock does a great job.

I got this hammock for my backyard for some lazy summer reading and I am very happy I did! It was easier to assemble then many outdoor and camping furniture and it comes with a portable carrying bag and tree straps that make it convenient to take it anywhere. The stand is thankfully sturdy and smaller then our old one taking up a lot less space. The hammock is also made from some pretty sturdy fabric that makes me feel pretty comfortable while using it as it wont rip as our last one did. Overall my thoughts are that the hammock is spacious enough to fit two people comfortably, though we havent tested that or come anywhere close to the weight limit, it is comfortable and very roomy for one.

I was definitely looking for a hammock that I could take it to the park and this one definitely works because I have a hip injury. This makes it a little easier for me to get in and out of because you know with the regular hammock sometimes Deb can be too far down. Also, I live in an apartment so it’s nice to be able to set it up in the backyard use it and then terret down and put it away because you can’t leave stuff out Very durable well-made holds quite a bit of weight
