My 2 yr old grandson is obsessed with this! He put his hard hat on and goes to work!! You can’t get him off the darn excavator!! This is the best present for a boy whose interested in tractors. I definitely recommend this. Very easy to assemble and worth the price.

First my son loves it especially since he's into construction. Easily maneuverable but pretty sturdy. Only downfall is the excavator bucket arm is really stiff and hard to use for a 3 year old. Haven't tried outside but most likely would only be able to scoop sand with it.

I ordered this ride-on toy about a month ago. When ordering, I completely forgot that we were soon moving to another state, and I entered my old shipping address. Amazon couldn’t help because the toy was coming straight from the manufacturer overseas. I tried to contact UPS to give them the correct shipping address, however even after multiple attempts, I was never able to speak with a real person to explain my situation! I had to give up on UPS. Ultimately, I found an email address for the manufacturer. I contacted them and explained my dilemma. My expectations weren’t very high, particularly since they were located somewhere overseas. But to my delight, they responded to my email within a day and we began discussions about a solution. The toy had already been shipped and they couldn’t reroute it. However, the manufacturer generously agreed to have the toy returned to them and they refunded me the full price. I was highly pleased with their outstanding customer service. They helped me out of a bind that was completely of my own making. I will reorder the toy now that our move is complete. It is a gift for my 1 1/2 year old grandson. Based on their outstanding customer service alone, I highly recommend this product!!
