Best Stools For The Money. Their construction is sturdy for the price and they're reasonably comfortable. I also love the fact that these stools can swivel 360 degrees. If your counter top is higher than 36 inches, I recommend you get the 29 inch Stools.

We bought 6 stools and they went together easily. They looked really good but within a couple weeks we noticed they were a little wobbly to sit in. I turned it over and the screws were really loose! One had almost worked itself completely out. If anyone has any suggestions to help keep the screws tight we would love to hear it. We do like the stools, but we have to check them weekly to tighten screws.

I was forced to purchase these chairs when my original order got LOST IN TRANSIT....only to show up A MONTH LATER AND CHARGE ME AGAIN FOR A PAIR OF CHAIRS that I was told were UNRETRIEVABLE. I AM REALLY PISSED BECAUSE THESE CHAIRS ARE NOT THE SAME QUALITY....ONE BROKE AFTER ONLY A MONTH and the other is UNSTABLE in the seat ready to break at any moment. My original order is doing just fine...if you want quality go with the company BALL & CAST counter height chairs. IF I COULD RETURN THESE I WOULD FOR A FULL REFUND! SHAME ON AMAZON for pawning these crappy chairs off on me!

The stools look remarkable after I competed the assembly. They’re firm and comfortable and go well with the layout of my home. I wouldn’t recommend using the tools that are included with the furniture. I had to use my own tools in order to speed up the processs of putting everything together. The instructions are straight forward and easy to understand. Overall great product. My only gripe is about the tools provided in the packaging.

Assembly is hard if not entirely impossible due to poor quality control. Holes for the legs to attach in base do not line up. Screws are too small for some of the areas. Poor craftsmanship. Really a POS. Costway has no phone number listed, and only have email. Who knows if they will respond or not. If you want to return product it would be very hard to put back in the box. My husband was only able to put it together thru ingenuity and a lot of re-engineering. You don’t want to know what he thinks about it!! Go with a different brand.

These are great chairs!! We bought 2 for our kitchen island and are very very happy with them. They came two days before originally stated by shipper and even the box didn't have a scratch or dent in it. Took me about 15 minutes to put one together. Very simple and articulate directions. They are very sturdy too! I'm 6'3", 240 lbs and these stools don't even squeak when I get on and of them. I have 3 brother's who are as big if not bigger than me and even though these stools have a 260 lb weight limit, I have no worries about them sitting on these stools either (although you should probably adhere to the weight limit). These stools look so nice you'd expect to pay $200 per stool!!.

This product is absolute garbage. Buyers should spend their money elsewhere. I waited a few month before writing a review. The product is easy to assemble, nonetheless while in use the screws fall out no matter how tight I screw them in. Obviously that creates the danger of the chairs collapsing at any point. As soon as we had the chairs we tried them out and one broke right away. Now I know what y’all are thinking: she’s fat. Well let me tell you: I’m 150lb. If the chair can’t even handle that then something is seriously wrong. Anyway, my advice to you, don’t buy this. You’ll be sad that you’ve spent money on such garbage product.
