We remodeled our kitchen and needed stools for an 8 foot island. We saw these and they looked too good to be true. Fit a lot of decors, padded seats, swivel and a great price. Figured we could always return them. When they arrived we were so excited we assembled one right away. It took us about an hour. And was just what we wanted. Sturdy, comfortable and classic style. 90 minutes later they were all together and now that's the gathering place in the house, just as we wanted. We did put felt buttons on the legs to protect the laminate floor, but not sure if that was necessary. Cheap insurance.

I like the style and look of these chairs, they look great where we use them but in less than a year we have already had to replace two of them due to poor quality of material. A 200lb person will easily start bending the swivel plate.

We have put together 2 of the 4 stools . They are a bit of a hassle to put together, but not horrible. My husband who is 200 pounds, sat on one of the stools, and you could literally hear the wood cracking. I am 135 pounds, sat on the other stool. It did not making the cracking noise, however I would not trust the back of the stool to not break if I really leaned back on it. If you do not mind not sitting up straight, and not resting on the back rest, the stool is pretty comfortable. I give the stools about 2 weeks before they head to the garbage. Crazy waste of money!

These are nice quality and I love that it swivels all the way around, it's comfy and feels sturdy, however one leg had a slight crazy and honestly it takes FOREVER to put these together with all the Allen screws and I bough 2 sets and found the Crack on the last chair and wasn't worth trying to return.
