Was a little hesitant to order a plant online. I've bought these locally for years and know the company has quality plants, so I took the chance on one I couldn't find here. I got a beautiful healthy plant, packed very well, and now it's been about a year and I really need to repot this beauty. It's grown 4 times its original size. I wish Costa had larger self watering pots for sale so I could continue the easy care this plant has been used to. I love the pots Costa uses! Hard to go wrong with this company.

So I waited a while to write this review so I could actually assess the damage. I am INCREDIBALLY disappointed. I know that these plants are being sold at big box stores and they ALWAYS look so sick. So I tried coming here for this particular plant. It arrived with the only fenstrated leaves torn in several places. I am guessing since the packing slip appeared to be shoved in the box on top of the plant, that it is in fact what caused the damage. Another thing is that it was planted far to deep in what looks like coir fiber. So 2 of the smaller non-fenstrated leave have already rotted at the base and come off. I have taken some of the substrate out to try and prevent further damage. It did have 2 smaller leaves that have started to unfurl and there is quite a bit of brown on them. Based on that observation along with the fact that some of the other leaves have starting browning on the tips acumpanied with the heartbreaking bright YELLOW HALO around each brown patch... I would say that COSTA FARMS ripped me off by sending me a plant with a ROTTED ROOT SYSTEM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! It is going to cost me more to try to rehab this plant than it is worth... That is if it can even be saved. Soooooo disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

For the price, I had higher expectations. It's still a beautiful plant and it arrived healthy, just not nearly as much pink as the listing photos. It would make an ok gift, but not a "WOW" gift.

Received the item with ripped leaves. Upon trying to reach out to both Costa farms and Amazon I was unsuccessful in finding a point of contact that could help me find a solution. I was nice when it first arrived except one of the large leaves were bent and torn, then within a week the leaves were turning black and so I beheaded most of the plant. It was pieces just coming straight out the soil like they were dying . They had no roots. Normally they send me nice plants but this one I'm trying to keep alive as most of the plant is gone now
