I'm an avid Costa fan and I always recommend them when asked. I have and have owned multiple different models over the years. So I'm familiar with every lens shade and color, (glass and plastic) that Costa makes. I was first introduced to them by my fishing guide in Islamorada about 15 years ago. While the green tint on these isn't my favorite color, the contrast and clarity have always been superior to others. I have the same lenses for my Fantails for fishing and I use these lightweight, plastic lenses/frame for golfing. Every time I offer to show a friend how clear and eye-calming they are, they end up buying a pair. So if you can find them for around $100, buy them! They retail for $279 and are even worth that. But there is a difference of contrast between different colors/shades of Costa lenses. Maybe do a 7 day trial if unsure? Best of luck... ... show more

These costa glasses are amazing! They sit very close to your eyes so you don’t see any sunlight around the frames. The best thing about these glasses is how light they feel on your face sometimes I forgot even have them on. Works very well on the water. Great price if you catch them on sale!

I have had these sunglasses right at a year, so I feel like this is a fair review period. I love the style, the fit, and the lense color. They are great for everyday use, and transition perfectly for fishing trips. About 6 months in of light use and being taken care of, the lenses started to crack where the arms and the bridge of the nose are attached. The cracks have grown over time and are to the point that they are noticeable in your field of view when wearing. The mirroring on the lenses started coming off recently and is continuing to fall off. This is my 3rd pair of Costas of different styles, and my favorite as far as looks. Definitely my least favorite when it comes to quality of product and longevity. EDIT: As of today, Costa customer service reviewed my warranty claim and is going to replace my sunglasses. Editing from 2 to 4 stars thanks to them being prompt, understanding, and willing to work with me. ... show more

These glasses are so comfy.and the flex on them make them great any other glass that I have bought like Maui Jim's have broken just cleaning them.so there a good buy.price could be lower but I think that there a great buy no matter what.thank you for a really great product.

Nice, comfortable, great looking glasses. Unfortunately, EXTREMELY CHEAP for the COST. Costa Del Mar makes beautiful glasses..more durable, better constructed ones than this type.
