Hands down best lenses in sunglasses. But the functionality is lacking. I usually prefer Oakley sunglasses. The fit pinches your head so they never slide off (Oakley. The costas are wide and sit on your nose and top of ears. They are relatively heavy with glass lens. That being said the best lenses as far as clarity, sun blocking, and durability are the 580 costa glass lenses. Overall I give them a 9/10. I bought the matte gray with blue lenses with 580g lenses. They arrived in typical Amazon prime fashion. They arrived in a a large box which held the small Costa box. Inside the Costa box was the Costa sunglass shell. Inside were my glasses with a blue Costa microfiber cloth, paperwork, and Costa sticker. The glasses look just like the ones at academy except these were $160 vs $260. I received the glass lenses. Not the plastic lenses. They fit and feel great and the lenses are amazing. I have a large head and it's hard to find sunglasses that fit me well. These are a perfect fit! The 580G glass lenses are the way to go! The optical clarity is incredible! The polarization makes tropical environments look amazing! I prefer these over my old Costa Tuna Alley sunglasses because the rubber piece is around the nose only and not below both lenses. That rubber piece started to detach from my Tuna Alley sunglasses after a few months of wearing. The grey color looks great! ... show more
