I have always had problem skin. Acne as a teen and into adulthood. Now in my 50's, I have flaky skin which is very sensitive with red spots, dark spots, and inflamed areas that just won't heal. I have spent tons of money on all the "BEST" face creams and serums. I was always searching for face wash and exfoliating products that would get rid of the flakes but not worsen my red sensitive areas. And despite a lifetime of skin care, my wrinkles just keep getting worse. It's discouraging. These issues also make it difficult to find makeup that will cover and make me look better and not worse. Thank goodness I found bare minerals, as it gives the best coverage without accentuating the flakes or sore patches. I have a collection of exfoliator scrubbers, sponges, and gadgets. I have constant worry about trying to make my face look presentable. AHA's (alpha-hydroxy acids) seem to make my issues worse, but I did notice that BHA's (beta-hydroxy acids) were better. I think I was searching for BHA's when I found COSRX. I am very happy to have found COSRX! These exfoliator pads are effective and durable, they hold up to vigorous scrubbing without shredding or falling apart. The formulation of willow bark and BHA works better for me than anything else I have tried. This one product has replaced my collection of exfoliators and face washes. It is also excellent as a moisturizer, light and not oily or greasy. It leaves my face looking clean and fresh. It removes blackheads, shrinks pores, and reduces redness. It even makes my wrinkles look a little better. I rely mostly on this product now, and have tossed out most of my other face washes, creams, and miracle serums. To make the liquid last, I put a piece of cellophane over the jar opening, and close the lid over the cellophane. This keeps it from evaporating. When traveling, I take a few in a ziploc bag. I hope the manufacturer doesn't change anything about this product, I love it. I have been using it for 2-1/2 years, and it's the best thing for my face that I've found. It makes me feel better about my appearance, and in that regard, it's been helpful for my self-consciousness and worry. I highly recommend this product, for both women and men, anyone with problem skin. Men, don't be afraid of the moisturizer, it's very light. You can use before bed, and by morning you will just look clean and fresh.

I like these a lot. I use them after I wash my face and can see the residue they pick up. I use about 3 times a week. They can be drying if I use them everyday.

OMG I love this product! My pores have shrunk considerably and my skin is looking smoother than ever. I use these with other cosrx products and my forty year old neglected and sun damaged skin is looking 5 years younger in less than a month of use!

This is in my empties pile and while it works, I won't be repurchasing simply because I believe that theres something out there that works a little better for cheaper (like witch hazel). What I will say is that it KIND OF smells like witch hazel in a way, and the quality is very nice. Comes with little tweezers to pick up the pads, makes pimples come up quickly so I don't have a crater on my face for 2 weeks. The only con is that its super drying. But if you are willing to look past that, go ahead!

I feel like I have new skin after using these! I wasn’t having a ton of success with retinol, but once I added in this exfoliating step, I found my skin to be significantly smoother and like retinol could actually do its job.

I first got to know Cosrx by using their BHA Blackhead Power Liquid (which is amazing). After having a good experience with that product I decided to try out more of their line and ended up getting the One Step Pimple Clear Pads. Even though all of the packaging on the container is in Korean the paper box it comes in has an English description, instructions, and ingredients list (included at the end of my review). When you unscrew the top there is a thin foam layer sealing the pads. I only unpeeled mine halfway so that I can keep using it to keep the remaining pads fresh and soaked. There is definitely enough serum on each pad, even the very first one I used from the stack was wet enough to use. I use this day and night right after I wash my face before putting on any toner, serum, or face lotion. First I wipe one sheet across my entire face with the quilted side then once again with the smooth side. It takes maybe a minute or two to dry and then you can continue on with your face routine. I wear it under my makeup in the mornings and it doesn’t affect how your makeup apply or stays on your face. Another pointer is when you are finished with your makeup application you can use the pad to clean any makeup residue off of your vanity or counter, it works really well (which is weird considering how well it works under makeup but I’m not complaining!). Since getting this product I have also discontinued using my Clean&Clear benzoyl peroxide at night so I could see how effective it is on its own and I have noticed way less redness and dry flakes around my acne and a reduction in my acne. The progress isn't immediate but you can notice your acne getting better a little bit day by day. I’m definitely love how these have been both soothing and treating my acne and will repurchase when these run out. The container is also sturdy and good quality so you can reuse them to store things around the house since they start to add up. This toner changed my literal skin care game. It’s so hydrating and effective. I think I would thoroughly wash my face, but when I use these pads, it picks up all the remaining residue off my face I didn’t even realize was there. After use, your skin feels so tight and vibrant. I’ve tried to use other toner pads when I couldn’t get these ones after my years worth of them, and other brands irritated my eyes or had too much fragrance added into it. When I returned back to these I realized how gentle it was to my skin that I can easily also remove remaining eye makeup as well without burning my eyes. It’s truly top tier.
