I bought the 1tB version. Speeds as advertised ,I would recommend a heatsink just because but is not truly necessary since the m2 works fine/cool under load. Beware of the model u getting cause it changes drastically the TBW. Mine for example is not as advertised here wich is sad. I found out late from the Corsair page that the 1tb version is only 200TBW. don't get me wrong even though 200 tbw is low it is just more than enough for Gaming and normal stuff. Still a Solid M.2 for the price. looks nice and worked great.

Coming from a Kingston A400 SATA SSD to Corsair MP400 NVMe SSD. I was lurking in some PC Build threads for help on choosing to get between a 500GB Gen 4 NVMe SSD and this 1TB Gen 3 NVMe SSD and guys weren't wrong lol I'm so happy I stick with their advices and went this route! It's fast and the overall performance is worth the money I spent on :D
