This mousepad is incredible and I have to thank my fiancé for it. She put the idea in my head and I'm glad she did because before she brought it up, it was never even a thought in my mind. When she bought it for me, she asked if I thought the MM350 Pro Extended XL would be too big at a whopping 36.6" x 15.75" but it turned out to be perfect. I have a hybrid gaming machine / workstation setup for which I have a lot of tools and toys. So when you see those dimensions you may think to yourself, "Ok, that's a hair over 3 feet in length but just how big is it?" If you check the image attached, you'll see the Corsair MM350 Pro spread across a 47" wide desk. On top of it, I've placed the following items: - Logitech G602 (Mouse) - Logitech G512 Carbon (Keyboard) - Logitech F310 (Gamepad/Controller - Razer Tartarus Pro (Keypad) - Wacom Intuos Pro Medium (Graphic Tablet) - Wacom Pro Pen & Case (Tablet Stylus - Main) - Wacom Grip Pen & Stand (Tablet Stylus - Backup) - Focusrite Scarlet 2i2 (Audio Recording Interface) As a quick recap, that's a mouse, full keyboard, keypad, gamepad, audio interface, 15" graphic tablet and two separate pens pretty comfortably. Granted the tablet is only there when it's not in use, everything else can set comfortably without interfering with anything else. The thickness is pretty beefy at 4mm but personally I think it's perfect. Less might feel cheap but more might be less comfortable but these are suppositions. I love the construction of the mousepad as it feels well made, durable, soft, smooth and comfortable. My mouse GLIDES over the surface unlike anything I've ever experienced. The rubberized bottom is nice for keeping the mat in place no matter what I'm doing. Despite the mouse's ability to move effortlessly around the surface, the rest of my peripherals stay firmly in place which is especially great when using the Razer Tartarus Pro & Wacom Intuos Pro M for my work in Illustrator & Photoshop as I am able to use both within full range of motion without either peripheral moving on the surface of the mousepad (especially important for linework and complex path/shape building!). I haven't had a chance to test my forthcoming Razer Basilisk Ultimate vs 20k DPI sensor on this surface yet but it feels great and effortless whether I'm clicking on shapes or heads. It also ties the workspace together nicely and makes it looks neat and sharp. My only complaint about this mousepad is on this front and I didn't see a single person mention it: if you do not keep an exceptionally tidy workspace, do not get the black finish. My home office is currently shared as a thoroughfare between myself, two other humans, two dogs and three cats. Despite having a dedicated can of compressed air at the ready and a vacuum designed to stand up to the specific hassle that is constant animal hair shedding, the black is so striking that even a single dog hair or dust molecule contrasts so heavily that the smart money says your could see it from space. This is not the mousepad's fault obviously, just wanted to give other pet owners a buyer beware.

I had a large gaming (mouse) pad before but the fabric was separating from the bottom of the mat and lifting up around the edges. Especially by where my hand and arm would rest by my mouse. It would drive me nuts. So I looked at a lot of different mats trying to find something that would prevent that. THIS is the mat. It's the perfect width, look, feel. EVERYTHING! Can't give this enough stars. I've had it for 6 months now and it looks just as good as the day I bought it. And I am using it a lot. I'm using it a least 8 hours a day. Lots and lots of use and still looks brand new! HIGHLY recommended!

I bought this because my last mouse pad was rough and would actually pull my hair. This one is more of a silky smooth feeling without making the mouse movement super fast. I like some resistance to my mouse movement and this does it perfectly, not too slick, not too resistant. I have noticed no bad smells unlike other reviews and the first thing I did was smell the box before fully unboxing it due to fear of it smelling up the joint. As a gamer who has a low DPI and in-game sensitivity, This mouse pad is now an essential piece of equipment for me!

No annoying visible bold logos on mouse pad. Perfect. great stitching around the edge. nicely flat the very second i place on my desk. I was surprised how my mouse skates smoothly too. i almost put new skates on my new mouse...i didnt want the stock feet. i didnt think my old pad from some random company was the issue. but tested this pad and i dont have to buy new skates for my mouse. great size too.
