I absolutely love these fans! They function fantastic and I’ve had no issues with the software when adjusting colors, fan speeds, etc. They are not overly noisy which is a huge plus for me while I’m streaming or using voice chat during battle royale games. They are a little more costly than a majority of your other options, but the reverse blade option is what sealed the deal for me! I love Corsair quality and have never had an issue with any of their products. My PC stays super cool, even while running a 4080Super and 9800X3D setup. Nothing says I have an awesome setup more than these fans from Corsair!

Quality vs price, it's still a win. Granted these are not the cheapest fans available, not are they the most beautiful fans available. What they are is a high quality efficient fan with little to no noise and outstanding cooling capabilities. These fans run at less speed to cool my 9950x3d easily. Reversed fans to keep things attractively flowing through my rig while providing outstanding cooling capabilities. Just the right amount of RGB for a beautiful build while keeping the heat monster at bay. One cable to attach 8 fans daisy chained while still being able to address each fan individually is just incredible. I absolutely love this set up. I tried these and the qx icue link fans and could not stand the qx series. These hands down blow those qx series fans out of the water. Corsair nailed it with this design. My rig specs: 3500x case Auros 879e pro board, 9950x3d chip 64 gig Vengeance 3cl times at 6200mhz 7900xtx GPU Titan 360 aio 3 reverse 120s for intake 3 standard 120s for radiator 1 140 reversed for intake 1000 EVGA PSU Love it!

It honestly is crazy how many cases have optional spots for fans on the back side or bottom, which would be intake fans, but how few manufacturers offer reverse fan blade options. Corsair had come up with their QL options, which had a shine Corsair ship logo on the back side, not just a label and a RGB ring on the back side in addition to the front, which makes them a little less unsightly, but not perfect. Now to the set backs with these. I have worked with a few of the new iCue AIO CPU Coolers, so I have a little experience with the cables that are used to connect the fans to the hub/controller and/or to another set of fans and had already run into the issue of them providing only 90° connectors on the short cables that would be used in these situations. This causes issues with placement, as the cables are thick and the connector on the fans attached to the AIO are too close to the in/out hoses to have the cable that way, so I have run into issues with not being able to close the side of the case due to the cable protruding. Mind you they will sell you two cables with both straight ends for $20... Now I will say that this kit comes with a longer cable, which if I recall correctly has a 90° on one side and Straight on the other, so you can pick which side you want to use for the fans and the controller, but the problem I ran into was that there was not enough clearance above or below the fans for the connection and very little room for the thicker round cable that must be run. One solution on this H6 Flow case from their competitor would be to cut out a hole in the bottom, which would be out of sight once the fans were installed or the option I chose, which was just wedging it in there at the top, which prevented me from securing the last case/fan screw on the top fan and leaves a little gap, but you can only notice it if you are at eye level or lower, so odds are no one that sees your case would ever know this exists. As you can see from the two photos I provided it really isn't visible, but there needs to be an option that helps these situations. Also the bottom fans in the cutout, just LX140-R models, were a bit of a struggle as well, as there are walls on the sides of the cutout. They worked out fine, but I remember being worried about connecting them and if the 3 pack of 120s didn't come with an additional iCue Link box I would have had to spend money on a longer cable. All and all nice fans, with some drawbacks. I guess when I am shelling out $200 for 5 fans I don't think that having to spend another $20+ for an additional cable should be something that I run into, but hey that is just my humble opinion.

I bought these fans for my Hyte Y60 case to mount on the back open slots. Unfortunately the case only has mounting holes for 2 fans but thanks to some easy workarounds (I used zip ties) I was able to use these fans and now my PC has never been cooler, they are very quiet and offer an excellent value for the money!

I just set up a new tower and I used Corsair fans. I really haven’t had a lot of time on these fans, but I’ve used Corsair fans in the past with great success. The noise level seems to be minimal so far and performance is Corsair.

I already buy one, and get error of icue Hub (Device Unknown in Device Manager) when used for 2 days. Then i re-order another package of Corsair LX120 R and get the same error after 2 weeks using it. That was a bad experience and i need to return this product. Same error for 2 package?
