    • NOT FOR FIRST TIME BUILDERS!
These tubes look great and fantastic quality but these are PMMA (Acrylic) tubes and not for first-time builders unless you have worked with acrylic before. They require more attention to detail and some different tools to cut and bend properly. If you have never worked with Acrylic then I would suggest looking for PETG tubing rather than PMMA, it is much easier to work with. ... show more

Take your time and measure twice! Strong tubing and bends well with necessary tools needed. Fits well and looks great!

    • Corsair with a requirement
Be forewarned, this tubing requires a saw to cut. Any other device will break or shatter the tube because of it is PMMA and not PETG. It looks, feels, and bends like PETG, but the cutting. I did my first water cooled build with Corsair tubes and managed ok, but not perfect. If you already have the tools to cut PETG, I would suggest sticking with that material over Corsairs PMMA unless you have a small saw on hand. Otherwise another good product from Corsair that will look sharp and work for you for many years. ... show more

I have used Corsairs hard tubing since they came out, the frosted and clear, Corsair as usual is quality and just plain works. I would highly recommend this Tubing and also the tool kit for cutting and bending from Corsair to make your DIY custom loop build come out effortlessly. If this is your first DIY hardline build then you should use this tubing. It takes longer to heat up to bend, it's the strongest tubing I've ever seen. ... show more

A lot of the reviews talk about this material being hard to work with, or cracking when cutting, but it's all user controlled. This is my first time using hard line tubing and literally did it perfectly on my first try. I bought corsairs kit specifically for cutting this tubing and had no issues. If you are precise with your cuts and measurements, it's a pretty straight forward process. (FYI, this was my first attempt) ... show more

    • Good only if you make straight runs
Building my first "hard line" WC system, accidentally ordered too little EKWB Acrylic tubing so I ordered the Hydro X as it had faster shipping at the time. Did not have issue with cutting the tubing with either a saw by hand or a cutting disc and dremel. I was also able to bend it with relative ease after learning the timing and thermal properties. The issue I had was that after forming the tubes I needed, letting them cool, cleaning them and mounting them to the system...they shattered. There was no stress on the tubing, bends were clean, system was unfilled and the fittings were only hand snug, had to step away when I suddenly heard a snap, came back and both Hydro X tubes had broken apart. To note the EK acrylic tubes that were bent and cut the same way are still holding fine. Also measuring with a micrometer showed that the Hydro X tubing was 0.05mm thinner in the wall than the same size EK acrylic. So final note on this tubing, do not purchase with intent to bend, can only recommend for doing straight runs. ... show more

Super clear and easy to work with. Bends were a little difficult isn't (hence using the 90° connectors), but that's all my lack of experience bending acrylic, not a fault of the tube.
