First time doing a custom loop. Bending and cutting tubes was easy to do with the kit. I'm happy with how it turned out. My only complaint would be the price I feel is too high. But overall great kit.

This is a nice package but the only thing that is frustrating is that you included the cmdr pro instead of the cmdr xt. There is no need to include the pro at all in this set since there are only fans in the box. The core xt has the rgb hub and the power for fans on the same device! The pro requires an additional connection to the hub and it becomes a mess. Everything else is completely fine and looks good. Could maybe add frosted tubing as well but clear is fine.

Prior to install, my CPU was running near 87 Celsius during CINEBENCH R23 benchmark. I had to pull back voltage, and thus had to pull back MHZ. My GPU was running around 85 Celsius during intense game play. Now, after installing this monster cooling system, my CPU is running at 78 Celsius during CINEBENCH R23, and my GPU is running at almost the same temp +/- 2 degrees. They both idle at 34 degrees Celsius! They used to idle at 50. I was able to now overclock without any voltage issues causing thermal throttling. I went from a CINEBENCH R23 score of approximately 28000, to 31,940. Worth every penny. However, the included saw isn't great. Get an upgraded tube cutter and buy a few extra tubes. You'll be happy you did. I did add one more radiator and set of fans because of the stress my system goes through, but you should still get quite a reduction in temps with only the one set included.

OK so, my biggest issue is that the CPU water block LEDs just died out of nowhere, this was maybe a month into having everything running fine. Updated my ICUE link software, rebooted and they just never came back on. The water block no longer showed up in ICUE. The durability of Corsair has alway been one of the reasons I go with the brand, so this made me sad. It still worked find, no leaks or cooling issue, but my beautiful RGB is gone :( I've used corsair for my RAM needs doe 20 years, I've never even bought another brand in that time. So I usually trust the brand deeply, I wanted to hard line my PC and found this kit. If you're going to do this and it's your first time, please go watch some videos on it first. Buy more tubing than you needs Lol. Anyway to the product review. The radiator is HUGE. Gotta make sure you have a case that can support the 360mm beast and have room for fittings. The pump is quiet, and performs really well. The mounting can be a little weird but it's not bad ounce you figure out which screws and mount to use. The tools that come with this kit get the job done, but you will need a heat gun, they are super cheap at harbor freight, think it was less than $20usd. This is for someone who really enjoys doing DIY type of things. Performance is great! My temps on my cpu went from 80-90 sometimes close to 100°C down to 28-56°C on this 12900k i9, which is a bit of a hot running cpu. Uploaded some pics.

I love the whole setup, it's gorgeous, and it looks amazing. I was surprised by how much fluid the tank can hold. I would reccomend using the clear coolant that comes in the kit. As you can see here, I purchased the purple coolant and you can see how it discolors when the LEDs are turned on. The reason I think you should go with the iCue link is I hate the mess of wires on the iCue commander. To me, the extra $200 would be worth the cable management.

Works good and looks great ! Replaced the thermal paste , pc was running around 70-80 now with a thicker layer stays 68 max under stress . At only a week old half my waterblock lights stopped working .. sad but happy .. mixed emotions
