I’m super happy with this AIO cooler. I had three priorities for my cooling, no giant blocks of metal in view (sorry air coolers), very quiet, and looks good. This white Hydro 100i Platinum has exceeded all my expectations though it's not as quiet as I like. The fans do get loud above 60%. It's important to note that with an overclocked CPU like mine, the stock performance settings will not suffice as they are driven from the coolant temp and not the CPU temp. Even for a non-OC'd CPU you should go into settings and change the controller to run based on CPU instead of coolant. From there, you can set a fan curve that you can tolerate noise wise and keep your CPU well under it's thermal limit. Before I learned about this, the cooler seemed to be doing very little cooling with my CPU hitting 85 C. Once I went into custom mode, set the controller to CPU temp and put fan speeds to 75% at 70C, my temps no longer exceed 75C. I also set the pump to Extreme and this further reduced temps by 3-5C. ... show more

    • Amazing performance gains, difficult installation
I'm all for corsair, 90 percent if my pc is corsair products. So, when this went on a deep sale for Black Friday I had to bite and I'm glad I did. My cpu runs roughly 10 degrees cooler and I've noticed a gain of at least 10-15 frames in some of my favorite games. It is definitely a superior choice for cooling over a tower cooler. The downside is the installation. Getting the radiator and its fans screwed in was a chore. You need to exert ridiculous amounts if force to get the screws down past the last quarter of turning. I have an extremely reliable and padded screwdriver but I feel anyone without such a tool will wind up blistering their palms. Is this by design? I dont know but it definitely could use looking into on Corsairs part. Regardless of installation woes this cooler is both gorgeous and performs well. I highly reccomend it to any potential buyer. ... show more

I just couldn't wait to get this and its beautiful! The noise level, is hardly loud you dont even hear them to be honest. Icue has a temp of what you can set them too as well along with different color schemes. I have mine set to blue as my theme is blue and white. They are very brightly color and light up my room. Material, is very well made with corsair fans you fant beat that looking to get someone corsair get this cpu cooler. The cpu was easy to install as well no problems. ... show more

    • Great addition and very practical!
I'm not really a big stickler for noise levels but this thing is quite by my standards. As for the cooling it does an excellent job! I haven't been able to push it to the max as I originally bought it for overclocking and haven't figured out how to yet but it seems to be keeping things at a pretty good temperature. My favorite feature, however, is the rgb. I love the fact that this thing hooks up yo ICUE! It's pretty as is but one of the most practical things is that you can have the color of the fan reflect the processor temperature. ... show more

    • A slight improvement over the classic H100i
This product still needs a bit more work. Pros: - it's white and it's more quiet that classic Corsair AOIs that you had to buy Noctua fans for. - the fans are much more quiet and they have rubber spots attached to the frame. But I still recommend using additional rubber dampening sleeves for the screws (like the ones that come with NB eLoop fans or Noctua) - My temps for a 10700k with XMP at 3200Hz = idle 29, moderate load 45-47, high load 55 Cons: - more difficult to install due to the extra wiring - instructions don't match exactly what's needed. E.g. 2011 needed the backplate for my MSI Z490 Unify board, where the instructions say a backplate isn't needed for 2011. - screws ARE too long, but I had other screws and some washers from previous builds. But that makes it more fiddly and more time consuming to install. - my temps are slightly higher with this version than they were with the H60 or H100 classic editions - the iCue software is both better and less helpful than the older Corsair Link software, in my opinion. It's clearly more designed for RGB, which isn't the most important function of a AOI CPU cooler. But I do like that you can "Show iCue Space" and a dashboard pops out from the right of the screen to show temps, CPU, GPU, drives. Compared to NZXT or the awful MSI or ASUS software that is provided by Mobo makers, it's worlds better. I installed this in an NZXT H510 Elite on the front. iCue doesn't seem to work with the NZXT fan and RGB controller, but some in the Corsair forums have figured out a way to make it work. Needs: better iCue software, which should be forthcoming, I'm sure. Would be nicer if you could make the dashboard boxes bigger. ... show more

Beautiful AIO to complete my build. If you have a white themed case and dont have the patience to build your own loop this will hit the spot. Works as advertised. Upgradeded my 120mm AIO and had a delta of 10 degrees C for some extra over clocking. Very versatile with setup. You can use your own fans. Fans can be placed in the front and back of the radiator. A little noisy out of the box but with some tweaking was able to get the sound to my preference. ... show more

Corsair seems to always make solid and reliable products and the H100i RGB Platinum Special Edition 240mm radiator is no exception. The high gloss white finish on the radiator was executed well and the chrome Corsair logo on the side of the radiator is quite nice. The while sleeved tubes were also executed well and seem to be molded to the tubing rather than a slightly loose feel as if it were added over an existing tube. The included white 120mm LL fans really add to the overall great looks of this all-in-one (AIO) liquid cooler. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a 240mm AIO and have a white color theme to the build. ... show more
