I got these because they were the cheapest and looked the same as all the others. I did see the reviews of broken cases and sure enough the corner of mine was cracked. I expected it to be a cheap throw away case anyways. And honestly, it would be ridiculous to use the case anyways because you'd have to assemble and disassemble the hardware every time you wanted to use a clamp. That would be easy too much hassle. Anyways, they're perfectly fine squares and clamps. My only real complaint is that one side of each square is blank. And one side has centimeters and inches. That's really annoying. There might come a time I want to use the ruler marks like if I was using the squares as some kind of guide to line up parts or marks or something, I don't know. They should have put centimeters on one side, inches on the other. The important thing is that the squares are square. I know that for a fact. I know how to check my own squares, like my combination square, and these squares are dead on. Inside and out. No light shining through and I'm happy about that. Even all the edges are slightly beveled or rounded. Even the holes so that's pretty nice. They feel good. Now the red clamps have sharper edges. They're not sharp sharp, not even close enough to cut you, but not nearly as rounded as the squares so you might want to get some sandpaper on a stick and file the edges down a bit. I'm not going to do that but I might some day if I ever notice marks on my wood. All the knobs and threads turn smoothly. You can slap them and spin them. The threads are metric, M8 x 1.25 which might be annoying if you ever had to replace any knobs. But the knobs have brass threaded inserts so they should last. That's about it. These are so much more versatile than just clamping things. That's why I chose these instead of dedicated corner clamps. These are more versatile, even as clamps, and can be used for so many other things. Anything you want really. Glad I bought them. Hope this helps.

These corner clamps are great addition for my woodworking projects! The 4-pack is a fantastic value, and the included case keeps them organized and easy to find. Although I agree with other reviews that the case is not sturdy but product is great. The 5.5" x 5.5" size is perfect for a variety of projects, from picture frames and boxes to larger cabinets and drawers. The aluminum alloy construction feels sturdy and durable, and they clamp down securely, ensuring perfect 90-degree angles every time. I've struggled in the past with getting accurate corners, but these clamps have made the process so much easier and more precise. Highly recommend for any woodworker, from beginner to experienced!

Disappointed with these angle clamps. The aluminum construction is lightweight but lacks strength—the 45° tool flexes under load, and the 90° clamp fails to stay put. The jaws scratch workpieces, and the locking mechanism wears out fast. After minimal use, the clamps became unreliable. Avoid if you need sturdy, long-lasting tools.

Super useful for holding things together in a 1 person shop. This is not a clap as it just holds parts together. Two small complaints... its difficult to get the parts to stay still with one hand while you tighten with the other. Also, you have to disassemble everything to store it in the included box.
