This portable power station is compact, lightweight, and very convenient for camping and outdoor use. It charges quickly, the display is easy to read, and it has enough power for small electronics, lights, and other basic devices. The size makes it easy to carry and store. Overall, I’m very satisfied with it and think it’s a great value for the price. ... show more

    • Defective product.
Color: Black
I honestly think I got a defective product. It worked fine upon charging and testing. After my initial test; the buttons would cave in. Making it impossible to operate. Now I have to plug it in to turn it on.

I ordered and received this power station sometime last week (I think it had shipped and been delivered within 2-3 days) and hadnt gotten around to opening it yet. Well we just had a string of WILD weather with various tornado watches and all I could think was "wow I wish I had charged that beforehand". Luckily it wasn't needed but I sure has heck took it out to charge today. The unit itself came packaged well (thankfully because I saw it fall off a stack of boxes upon delivery on the door cam) and was completely secure upon opening. The charging cable having its own box was a nice touch as well. It came with 50% power on open and I was pleasantly surprised at how bright the screen was. The markings are simple enough, but there's an instruction manual included if need be. I haven't charged it to full capacity yet but it took about an hour and a half to two hours to charge my completely dead tablet and used only 9% if it's life which was nice. The camping light on the back on the unit is way brighter than I expected and comes with different intensity settings / flash settings. I haven't bought one of these before so I'm not sure how heavy they normally are - this one's not very heavy but the carry handle is really useful. Overall it's a really cool little unit. Plenty of ports to charge / power your electronics, it's a good size and has a sturdy casing for a really decent price. Can't speak to it's ability beyond today but really happy with my purchase so far and can't wait to use it on camping or beach trips and to have it for emergency cases!! ... show more

    • Handy compact power source, but watch your wattage limits
Color: Black
This Arkpax Portable Power Station is a great little unit for keeping phones, lights, and small electronics charged up during a weekend camping trip or a power outage. It has a compact footprint that easily fits into a car or gear bag, and the display panel is clear and easy to read. However, with a 300W output (and 600W peak), you need to keep a close eye on what you're trying to plug into it. High-draw appliances like full-sized coffee makers or heavy heating tools will easily trip the overload protection. As long as you stay within its capabilities for low-to-mid power gear, it’s a dependable backup power supply. ... show more

    • Title: Lightweight, compact and charges fast
Color: Black
I’ve been really happy with this portable power station. One of the first things I noticed is how lightweight and compact it is. It’s very easy to carry around, which was great for my recent road trip and my kids’ sports events. I’m also looking forward to using it around the house as backup power in case of a power outage. Charging is fast, and it’s very straightforward and easy to use. I also like having multiple ports so I can charge different devices when needed. Overall, it feels well made, works as expected, and is much easier to carry around than I thought it would be. Great little power station for the price. Very happy with my purchase! ... show more

    • 100% awesome
Color: Black
Great power pack so far. We used it for a walk in camping trip, and works great; it’s also very useful for emergencies like power outage. Had a blackout the other day and was able to keep our important electronics charged and ran a fan to keep the dogs cool. Doesn't take long to charge it. We charged 2 phones and ran a small portable ac/fan for like 7 hours and it still had a-lot of power. Overall, highly recommend this sleek and reliable backup power in a compact design! ... show more

    • Nice little power block, terrible customer service.
Color: Black
Updated review: I have submitted warranty information and tried to follow up/contact them two other times. These people dont exist. Hopefully the product lasts because these people dont respond. Original review: I have not put this to the test much. I primarily bought it to power a refrigerator cooler in our van when the van is not actually running because the car plug in our van doesn't energize unless the key switch is on. I HAVE tested it with couple power tools also on the 115V AC side and that worked fine, just dont know how much work at that load it will support. It also appeared to charge a phone just fine. I gave 5 stars even though I dont know the long term use/effectiveness because the manual was not clear and I thought the unit was not working and returned for a replacement. Turns out it was fine, the instructions were just unclear to me as well as the first video in the reviews, etc.. What had me stumped is I thought you had to push and hold the left and right side power on buttons to turn them on. You dont, just push. The main power on is a push and hold. I bought a cable to charge this using the car socket. It plugs in to where a solar panel would. I haven't verified this works because the unit hasn't needed recharge yet. Best I can tell its a very versatile and effective small power block. I'm sorry I returned the first one, but the instructions should be more clear than they are. It was a subsequent video I watched here, maybe the third or fourth video that informed me of the single button push. Thankfully they allow videos of customers because instructions these days are less than stellar. I appreciated the easy return and apologize that it was unnecessary in the end. ... show more
