This cooler is nice. It is stylish and people ask about it. It does not leak and wipes clean easily. There is a small dry pouch on the front. The ice retention is good for a soft cooler. It holds enough drinks for at least one day. Best of all, it has a magnetic lid as well as a zipper. That feature is great for frequent opening. Also, even if the zipper were to fail it would still close well. I only use the zipper during transport. This cooler is used for daily for lunches and is made of high quality materials. With a large ice pack the contents stay cold all day. However it does not have a large capacity due to the insulation that it provides. This still serves perfectly for my purposes of packing a lunch (flat rectangular container), a large retangular ice pack and an energy drink. Zipper is a bit hard to open/close but that is manageable since I am not opening and closing often. The top magnetically closes as well which is a nice touch since helps reduce the need to open and close the zipper. The inside is an easy clean surface that is different from other plastic tub like coolers I have used in the past. This allows a very small amount of give when putting something in that slightly exceeds the dimensions of the internal space of the cooler. The front pouch is pretty large but I haven’t found much use for it, especially considering the difficult zipper that it uses. If I could add one thing on this cooler, it would be a side pouch for an insulated water bottle to be carried as well. Overall I think it is a great value for a durable high quality personal cooler for a daily lunch. ... show more

Solid cooler. I was looking for a cooler for the boat that wouldn't take up a lot of room but still carry a good number of beverages that was easy to get in and out of and kept the ice for a day on the lake without leaking - this cooler does that. It kept most of the ice for several hours on a 100+ day with people getting in it several times through out the day. On moderate hot days, it's held ice great. The zipper is strong, but easy enough to open (I did use the lube that came with it). I bought it of the magnetic close and this feature is a little dissapointing. It's kind of holds, but could be stronger and is the main reason I only gave 4 stars. The front pocket is a great size for extra things and the side pockets are perfect for a couple of cozies. Inside is easy to wipe down. A good chunk of outside is covered in cloth but so far, it's wiped up clean. ... show more

Version: Backpack Bought specifically to use as carry-on luggage for transporting some expensive (several thousand dollars worth) medications which must be kept cold all the way 'round to Germany. My exterior size requirements are that of Delta's carry-on dimensions (22" x 14" x 9") which this meets. Which is hard to freaking do. I need the medication to stay cold as long as possible. The flight's some 8.5-9.5 hours, not counting to and from airports, wait times, etc. I want good margins. This cooler boasts the longest ice retention on the market among comparable products. This is the unit I'm using. I haven't tested out its ice retention yet, but I've looked over its design in person. This'll do what I need it to. It's of fine quality, pretty comfortable, not stupidly sized, and worthy of its cost -- a bold claim I'm willing to stand behind. To the manufacturer: Good job. The zipper should come pre-lubricated if you're going to package its lubricant *inside of the cooler*. The interior dimensions are as follows: Main Compartment 14-½” x 10-⅛” x 6-¼” Front Pouch 9-⅞” x 8-⅝” x 1-⅜” Strongly recommend, though I don't know what you guys will use it for.
