Amazing super quick set up and take down used it twice now no more then 2 minutes solo including rain tarp. Black out works as advertised accidentally slept until 11am one day because the sun never woke us up! One day i do hope to be able to get it to fit back in the bag though currently just using the bag to haul around the spikes, rain, tarp and rain tarp poles.. Very big tent with endless pockets to store stuff seems very well made and taking it down is just as easy as setting it up everything folds right back down. ... show more

Used it during a one week trip to Daytona and it's a pretty good tent. Blackout works very well, but you can see that the fabric is overstretched in some of the seams. Biggest flaw is the door zipper gets stuck where the 2 pieces of green fabric seal around the door are. Can only open the door 3/4, and then have to step over it. After two weeks of researching and comparing tents, I decided to invest in the CORE 9 Person Blackout Instant Cabin Tent, choosing this premium blackout model specifically to improve sleep quality while camping. Unfortunately, when opening the tent for the first time, I discovered one of the pole protectors was already broken right out of the box. That was very disappointing, especially for a tent at this price point. A premium product should not arrive with damaged parts, and this immediately raised concerns about quality control and long-term durability in wind or rain. I do plan to use the tent for an upcoming camping trip because I don’t have enough time to replace it beforehand, but I intend to return it afterward due to this issue. What buyers should know: * Price vs. Quality: At nearly $400, expectations for quality should be much higher. * Quality Control: Receiving a damaged component in a brand-new tent is unacceptable. * Brand Experience: This was a disappointing first impression and made me question whether the blackout premium is worth paying for.
