The media could not be loaded. Great little buffer for the price. Solid construction, has good orbital action and no weird vibrations or rattling. Two batteries and each last well and only one is needed if you only buff off vs applying the wax with the buffer as well as polishing, would likely take both batteries. I have many charges on mine and no issues. Expect an extended charge-time. (3-4h?) the pads it comes with are all you really need for a basic start. Both cars looks so much better now because it is so easy to polish quickly. Fathers everywhere deserve this. It would even be cool if my kids got me a second one, for two-fisted buffing, obviously… can’t go wrong. About $70’ish dollars

I had been searching for a polisher for my 2006 Expedition to make it look shiny and remove the oxidation on the paint. I can tell you this polisher was very easy to use and did the job with ease. The battery lasted through the entire waxing and polishing. Very easy on the hands and arms as the power of the unit did most of the work. If you're looking for a gift for someone or your own personal use, grab this unit You will be very happy you did.

I used this for detailing my vehicles. Not the greatest unit. Battery charge only lasts for 20-30 minutes tops. Also, both batteries fried in the charger. They don’t work anymore. Contacted manufacturer, lot of run around. It’s been over three months going back and forth with them. Sent me only one replacement, it was the wrong one. Still waiting to hear back from them. Haven’t answered my email yet and it’s now three more weeks. I wouldn’t recommend this unit.

Great little polisher, great for tight spaces. Batteries are useless. Last 15 to 20 minutes depending on speed and 3+ hours to charge. It would take days to wax a car. Update: Unit was returned after above review. Customer service contacted me to offer a free unit to try. Looks like they stand behind their products! I'll try it and post results. Maybe I just got a bad set of batteries. 2 months later and no new unit to try. They just wanted the poor review changed. Don't waste your time or money with this product.

Have a 10” polisher and a Porter cable 6” HD sander/polisher, but with a wrecked shoulder I needed a easy-to-handle unit to apply car wax. Got it yesterday and waxed a car today. So easy: light enough for 1 hand use, great on contours, works cleaner/wax better than by hand, and used about 1/3 as much wax because of the action. Get both batteries - a mid-size car drained it.

I was so excited to detail my cars with this new, small, light weight buffer. i started to detail my car first and guess what? Wasnt able to finish the waxing because the pad on the buffer broke off. After I started to inspect it I notice the pad support that goes onto the buffer is plastic. Not the best. just spend the extra it cost to get a name brand buffer. trust me its worth it. I got a milwaukee for double the cost but WOW, the speed and its not cheaply made.
