Great tool for the money was able to zip off my 33 mm semi lugs no problem and put them back on and they was very tight I had a 3/4 inch breaker bar that’s 4ft long with myself 170lbs bouncing on it and they wouldn’t budge very happy with the performance and I also got the off brand 6hr m18 battery that holds great charge was able to pull both steer tires off put them back on and still have 3 bars out of 5 on battery the gun is pretty solid looking and feeling got little weight to it but way better than lugging air guns around it’s a 5 star for me ... show more

This tool is amazingly powerful and worked perfectly with my Milwaukee battery. The amount of torque it produces is incredible. You should know that it is heavy, so keep that in mind if you'll need to use it one-handed. But It's a great value for the money. I wrestled for days trying to remove seized bolts on my truck. Nothing worked, not even my 5' breaker bar which has never failed me. In fact, my breaker bar broke my ratchet this time which I didn't think was possible. This tool did the job in about a half second on each of the seized bolts. Thankfully, none of them broke. Now I'm back to work. I don't know how long this tool will hold up, but I doubt I'll need it for more than a few dozen uses over the next decade so I couldnt justify paying the much higher price for the name brand version. Solid choice for someone who can't justify Milwaukee prices for occasional use. I have 3 different models from this company now and they are all impressive. Honestly impressive. These are solid alternatives that actually work and perform like the real deal. I might pick up ONE of these to use once a month, if that , so I personally wouldn't spend the money on a name brand and would just manage without them. But for UNDER the price of 1 Milwaukee I now have 3 different sizes of 1/2 inch impact wrenches, and they just make my life easier and saves time at work when I can use one. I have their largest 1/2 inch model (currently this one as far as I know), their smallest 1/2 inch model which only cost me like $35, and one in between, I think its a 900ftlb model that's not so heavy. They all have the same controls and features. The smallest one has removed way more things than I expected it to - but I am using heavy 8 point utility impact sockets most of the time so I'm sure that helps. For me they are around to just make my life easier. Need to change the height of the pintle on a large trailer at work - just break out an impact and cheap vevor socket set. Some "unforseen" thing needs to come apart to complete a job at work - done. I'm sure the real Milwaukee is a better choice if you can warrant the expense of them - but I can't. If this thing dies in 2 years - or gets run over by a truck, I won't care. ... show more

I was skeptical, but for $68, I had to try it. A 1000 ftlb Milwaukee impact gun would have been over $500. It arrived a day early. Has the same heavy-gauge feel of the Milwaukee equivalent. I have used it in my dealership job every day for a week now and it is fast in removing lug nuts, caster and camber bolts on lower control arms, strut-to-knuckle nuts, and staked-on c/v axle nuts and has a feature to keep from sending the nuts flying. Torque is as rated! Read the instructions. To get it to work properly the first time, you must turn it in both directions for 30 seconds each, then it is good to go. It has been a week of hard work on the gun and it has not run down the battery yet! It uses the Milwaukee 18 volt batteries that I already have - very convenient! Time will tell how long it lasts, but I am very impressed with this impact gun! Update - It has been a month of hard daily use in my dealership shop job and it is still working like on day one. I'm very impressed with this impact gun! I have recommended it to several co-workers. ... show more

Not sure how accurate the torque numbers are but I was able to break loose an axle nut and suspension parts on a recent repair. Good enough for home use at least. Only time will tell how it holds up. My Milwaukee brand batteries fit well. The fit of the anvil to the socket is nice and tight. The rubber on the housing seems soft and tore on the vehicle with first use. Overall it's a fraction of the price of the name brand and it should do everything I need. As some have said, it is heavy but that is to be expected with this type of tool. For comparison I've used the kobalt mid torque wrench and I couldn't tell much difference in the weight. Even if the reverse torque is only half of what they claim I'm satisfied. I've got an old trailer that needs a new axle so it will be interesting to see how it does on it. ... show more

I purchased this to use with my existing Milwaukee 18V batteries, and the performance has been impressive. The compatibility works flawlessly - no issues at all connecting my Milwaukee batteries, which is great since I didn't need to buy into another battery platform. The power on this thing is no joke. I recently used it to replace the wheel hub on my Jeep, and it handled every bolt without hesitation. It broke loose rusted and overtightened fasteners that that I broke three ratches and two sockets on. For heavy automotive work like this, the power is exactly what you need. The one thing to be aware of is that it is a bit heavy. During extended use, you'll definitely feel the weight, especially when working in tight spaces under the vehicle or in awkward positions. That said, the weight seems to come with the territory for this level of power - it's clearly built to be a workhorse rather than a lightweight tool. For the price point and Milwaukee battery compatibility, this is an excellent value. If you need serious torque for automotive repairs and already have Milwaukee batteries, this impact wrench is definitely worth considering. ... show more

I needed some ultra serious torque to remove a bush hog blade bolt that hadn’t been removed in a couple of years. This tool did the trick. Has three settings. Highest setting for reverse. Use lowest setting to but same bolt back on if you want to take it off again weeks later
