I wouldn't recommend using with latex (waterbased) paints because you'd have to thin them and those kinds of paints don't cover well when you thin them. I'd use oil based or polyurethane paints with it, which is what I used when I tested this one. It did alright for what you're paying. Not the smoothest spray pattern in the world, but for a battery powered gun, it did pretty good. It's nice not having a cord or a hose to worry about. I have a Graco electric gun that doesn't spray as well as this one, but it's old, so maybe that's not fair. I'd probably recommend this one to somebody.

Works well so far. I didn't have a huge space to use it on, but it was light enough and it had good coverage. I think this is a bit expensive, you could probably get one for cheaper at Lowes, but if you catch it on a deal I think it would be good. It's easy to use though and works in a pinch and does do a good job painting.

I haven't been able to even use this yet because it didn't come with a battery and I am having a hard time finding the one that it needs. When a system like this is sold, the battery should be part of the set or at least a common battery that is easy to find.

Normally when painting in my house we use rollers or brushes and recently I decided to give this product a chance and see how beneficial it could be for my house. When first opening the box I noticed how small the product is, along with how some of the pieces were shaky and not durable. So when spraying the paint it felt like it was coming out the machine in patches and blobs. I was not a fan of how it functions, but the machine does do its purpose of fully covering the wall in paint. Overall, a 6/10.

This sprayer is quite easy to use, and the parts wash out nicely, as long as you use diligence and rinse them quickly. The jar capacity is 1000 ml, which is just a bit over a quart. I actually like that the capacity is smaller than others, as my arm didn't tire out from holding it. I sprayed 3 wire baskets and the finished products looked good, with only one having a few runs, but that was my mistake staying in one spot for too long. I would not hesitate to purchase this model in the future.

I got this in January and wanted to use this so I filled it with water and washed my truck with it so I could get used to the different nozzles it comes with. I have multiple dewalt and generic dewalt batteries and they fit fine. The actual nozzle is brass so it seems to be easy to clean. I also tested it on my deck with pickets goes on uniformed and consistant. I estimate a deck that takes 8 hrs to stain I can do in 2 hours so great for decks . In the winter when I can’t get the hose out it’s also great for washing my truck ,takes a minute to set up and use.

First impressions were this sprayer is very lightweight and this could be good and bad. Ergonomically, it will save strain on your hands and arms, which it did do that for me. But that also means that the materials used could all be low quality plastic. So far, the sprayer has performed ok. I found it didn’t lay down as smooth of a finish as my more expensive HVLP cordless sprayer. But it wasn’t terrible. I appreciate all the extra nozzle tips and accessories that were included. This sprayer doesn’t come with a battery but it uses a 20v Dewalt battery, which worked just fine. I do kind of like this compatible battery design because it’s one less item that I have to charge. I refinish furniture on the side, so a smooth paint finish is a must. If you use a paint with an exceptional self leveling quality, this sprayer will work fine. But I think I will save this sprayer for other jobs around the house. I imagine this sprayer would serve well for painting fences or any outhouses like a dog house or shed.
