Item showed up and had minor damage from shipping. I reached out to customer service instead of returning. There was a post card size paper in the box that had there info. They responded that my email within a day and told they would send a replacement for the damaged part. Not too many companies these days with good customer service, so very happy with communication and the fast time it took for them to fix it. The tool itself looks and feels quality. Has a glass reinforced plastic feel similar to other high end tools. The its quality is similar to dewalt or Makita. This tool isn’t an impact, but has plenty for torque for its intended purpose. I would say tha most fasteners tha are 10mm or smaller are about the diameter this tool would break loose without help. Maybe some m12 or m14 for furniture or lawnmower…stuff like that. Great for reaching in and loosing radiator clamps, exhaust clamps, or taking apart appliances. I think this tool is very good…cheap or not. But the price is why I bought it. I have many Dewalt tools, and some 12v older Bosch. Didn’t want to spend a ton on a tool that doesn’t need 500 ftlbs of break force. I’d say it’s the best bang for buck, best in class for what you get. The only negative I find it that I can’t use my other tool’s batteries with it. But hey, now I have extra batteries and they can stay with the tool. It perfect to carry in a car over to friends or family to help with small projects. Btw the case is very good. Nice thick plastic and the tool and battery’s fit similar to other big brand boxes. I told Kimo I would wite a review because of how fast they helped me and because I truly think the tool is good. Hope this helps someone.

This 20v ratchet was on sale when I came across it and decided to give it a shot at its price point. So far I have used it about a half dozen times on my ATV and spare car. It’s worked out great each time. I am happy u went with the stronger one, but I wish the neck of the tool was about 3” longer for getting into tight spaces. I’ve had a Kimo 20v impact gun for about 4 years now and it’s been great. The batteries between the two tools are interchangeable which is big plus. I would definitely purchase this product again.

OMG what a surprise! I watched the videos for most of these Chinese ratchets not expecting much. I needed this tool for occasional maintenance. First thing I was worried about was the ratchet head. When I saw the video this ratchet seemed more solid than other models I viewed. I read all of the reviews and this one had the most positive posts. Now I am a legacy mechanic or more than 40 years in the field off and on. Suffice to say I am a little bit picky. See, these cheaper no brand name Chinese ratchets are sold all over and many of them just can't handle the stress of constant use. You know this when you buy one. So as a former mechanic with a tool box full of Snap-On tools I wasn't expecting much. This is where the surprise comes in. I bought this tool for a specific job. My sons 2001 Chevy 1500 crew cab. We did an engine swap for another 5.3 engine. We used this ratchet through the entire job and it took one full day to run the battery down. Fortunately I had the foresight to buy a ratchet with 2 batteries. Three days later with alterations made to the new engine we finished. The Ratchet. Dirty, rained on and STILL kickin butt. Now for the performance. Break away torque is quite good. No need to spin up the ratchet first. But the surprise is fastener torque. Spin the bolt/nut and let her rip. Normal objects tighten without any need to apply more torque. This ratchet spins slower than some but the result is better torque. After cleanup and putting it back in the case my opinion is that this tool is more than adequate for any mechanical job. Would I use it in a commercial shop? No. Most shop based battery driven mechanic tools are built tough for good reason. Daily use is far too demanding for a tool such as this and it is a brush driven motor which makes it a fire hazard in fuel based repairs. But for everything else it is a fine ratchet for home use with a good, long lasting set of batteries with a fast charge rate. For the home shop this baby is a clear winner at half the price of name brand tools. I LIKE IT!

I am normally skeptical of off brand tools but I am glad I gave this a chance, and have used it more than I thought I would. It’s not super powerful, so you may have to brake stubborn nuts loose by hand, but it’s got enough torque to handle basic jobs. It’s relatively compact which means you can get it into more places than the larger units with the big rectangular batteries, and it’s not too heavy. The included case, socket set, spare battery and charger make this a great value.

Got this ratchet 3/24 , here we are 4/26 and it is still working hard and flawless. Brand new I took the ratchet head apart and added more lube. New , it was a bit lacking..Two batteries are a plus , work straight thru without stopping the work. The paint on the ratchet head is worn but pales in the fact that the work gets done no matter what. Kimo , Aoben and Robustrue are the 3 in the photo.

Works well for the most part. Not made to break torque but works well to tighten and loosen once torque is broken. The only reason for 3 stars is that the locking switch broke and while I'm using it slides back into lock to the point that I have to stop to pry it out. This happened about a year into use.
