  • Minor issues
Style: Model T
I could see if the tured are over inflated there could be damage to the tire. Removing the wrapping front the push handle was extremely difficult. Be careful not to scrape the paint. The seat is not very supportive to keep the little ones in the upright position. It trails smooth. You hardly tell it is behind you. There could have been an additional piece added to the tire hitch to prevent it from rotating. Be sure to tighten your wheel lug well. Other than that my little guy loves it. ... show more

  • Smooth ride both on bike and as stroller
Style: Model a
It is a fantastic buggy. We pull my 5 year old and 2 year old together and they have plenty of room. The support bar under the seat makes it useful for older or heavier kids. We’ve gone on several runs with it and it honestly is lighter and glides better than my double stroller.

  • Great for cold weather!
Style: Model a
We use this all the time. My daughter used it to age 5 and now my 1 year old uses it. We hook it to our bicycles but use it more for walking in cold weather or rain. My daughter would eat her snack on her walk and it would keep her dry. Used on Halloween and even took it to see Christmas lights at the Zoo in Buffalo. It’s a great buy for anyone who loves the outdoors but has bad weather. ... show more

  • We love this stroller/trailer
Style: Model T
I've only had this stroller for about 4 days, but so far we are in LOVE with this stroller and trailer. I've always loved the concept of a bicycle trailer/stroller combo, but couldn't quite find the right one. I have a 5 year old and a 1 year old, and they both love riding in it when I go out to run. I've taken them out every day since we got it. I will say, that if my 1 year old was any bigger, they wouldn't fit. But for this summer, with the older one out of school, it will work just fine. Then during the year, the younger can ride alone. It was one of the easiest strollers to put together. Which was awesome. I was surprised that I had it assembled and ready within ten minutes by myself. The ride is smooth for the riders and for me pushing them. I like the adjustable push bar and how easy the front wheel comes off to attach it to the bike. The back pocket is great for a water bottle as well as personal items. Everything can be covered to be waterproof, the passengers as well. A lone rider definitely has the better deal as far as seatbelts go. A single rider sits in the middle with a padded in-between-the-legs attachment. When there are two children in it, they have a single strap attachment. Not as comfortable, but neither of my kids complained. My five year old said this about the stroller, "mommy, I don't like this stroller because I keep falling asleep." Sounds like a smooth ride if you ask me. The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is because of the parking brake. I've seen other strollers with parking brakes with a lock from the handle or a brake you push with your foot, but the Copilot had a strap that attaches through the spokes of the wheel. And when not in use you are supposed to be able to attach it back onto something that would keep it out of the way. However, after trying to attach it several different places, it never fully locked the wheel and then it came unattached while out on my run and it wrapped around the wheel hub and finally frayed and broke off. For a $300+ stroller, I just kind of expected a better park brake. ... show more

  • Great trailer but better for bike than jogging
Style: Model a
I bought this trailer to pull my 40 lbs son behind my specialized road bike. Upon receipt, I was able to unload, put together, and begin pulling the trailer within 20 minutes. The design is intuitive and the pins easily insert into their designated positions. It is nice that if the bike unfortunately tips over, the trailer hitch is designed with a spring and the trailer is unaffected. The yellow neon covering is easy to see, and very easy to velcro to the frame with space for storage behind the double harness seat. On level ground, I cannot even tell I am pulling a trailer, but going uphill, it gives me a workout! I have had some challenges with the trailer including hearing my son when riding! I put the "bug flap" down to keep him warmer on cool morning rides but I cannot hear what he says because of the wind/tight seal of the trailer. Also, my son is tall for his age (40 in), and with a helmet on in the trailer he is already hitting the roof and back of the seat. He doesn't mind, but I don't know how long I'll be able to keep him in the trailer. Finally, the conversion kit for the jogger wheel mounts upside down. The pilot holes are reversed so the jogger wheels point upward instead of to the ground. I was still able to tighten the wheels to the frame for a casual walk, but I would not be comfortable running behind it. I have not contacted CoPilot yet regarding this issue. However, the handlebars are very easy to connect to the frame with two screw-down clamps. Walking behind, the trailer is very smooth to push/steer. Overall, I love the ability to spend quality time with my son while being able to exercise. He loves seeing the sights and going on adventures. The stability and overall visibility/ease of use make this a great family trailer. I only gave 4 stars because of the poor jogger wheel design. ... show more
