I bought this chair and received it with a small piece broken off the leg. It was still usable, however left me disappointed that I spent money on something that was broken. I wrote them about it to see if I could get a partial refund (since it was still usable). They messaged back quickly and asked if a new chair would be ok instead. Sure enough, a few days later, I received a brand new chair that was not broken at all. There was no hassle, only great customer service. Assembly was an issue, parts were all there. Had to cut the fabric which was over one of the assembly holes. I wasn't impressed with the fit and apparent lack of quality inspection.

My daughter loves her gift of the rocking chair. The seat of the chair is wider and very comfortable. We are using it inside right know but in nice weather will rock outside. The cushions are comfortable ; not sink in the cushion but in my opinion still comfortable.

This for a guest chair in the living room. (my chair is a recliner). Any guest would feel very special in this one. The color is a medium blue - as shown. It looks like a quality piece of furniture and is very comfortable to sit in. The maintenance man in the bldg put it together so I can't speak about that. This rocker will make a good reading chair.
