Description

The Cooper Evolution M/T All-Season LT295/70R17 121/118Q Tire is targeted for pickup truck and Jeep owners who love to tear it up in the mud! The Cooper Evolution M/T tire gives you the confidence to power through mud and tackle dirt roads. The Evolution M/T is designed with Earth Diggers that tackle tricky terrain with large tread blocks with alternating mud scoops that forcefully dig into loose dirt, sand or sticky mud. It also comes with Mud Slingers that get extra grip from the deep, wide trenches in the tread that continuously clear thick mud from the tire. The Stone Barriers in the tread boost durability while the ridges are designed to help protect against damage from sharp rocks and expel lodged stones. Finally, the Cooper Evolution M/T comes with Trail Grip Sidewall which will power over trail obstacles with ‘climbers' that grab onto rocks and sticks, providing strong resistance to rubbing.

Tires are super quiet compared to other m/t tires . Also they are very comfortable tires they don’t ride rough. I just put them on so I don’t know about wear and how long they’ll last. Has a good looking tread pattern and for the price so far I think you can’t beat it

Rolled the dice on these as they were fairly new to the market when I purchased them and there weren't many user reviews yet. The price was very reasonable so I figured it was worth the gamble... And I was correct! These have a very aggressive look and feel, but are significantly less noisy than similarly aggressive M/T's. At highway speeds (60-80 mph) they perform, dare I say, just as good if not better than the stock tires that came on our Wrangle JLU Sport S. The taller sidewall makes the ride a bit smoother, and the rigidness allows for great cornering. As for offroad... No problem navigating muddy trails or creeks, traversing rocks and small boulders, or climbing over logs and other obstacles. Driving in snow: These are a snow rated tire as well! I went with a wider tire (11.5") and it does fairly well at lower speeds on untreated snowy roads. A narrower tire would cut through the snow/slush a bit better, but I like the look and other capabilities of the wider tire. Definitely a decent snow tire. All-in-all, a great tire at a great price! Load E, sure but the load indexing only 121 and must be 125 for a ram 2500. Tire shop wouldn't mount. They did buy them from me for my original purchase and issued that ad credit toward proper rates tires. Disappoonted.

Running a set of 35x12.50R20. Seems like a great tire so far, road noise is pretty comparable to other big name mud or intermediate tires. Aggressive tread lugs give awesome mud and snow performance. Wet weather grip is slightly less than I’m used to after running Toyo M/Ts, but not to the point I’m uncomfortable with them. Only takeaway I have with them is that the tread block is over half an inch narrower than the Toyo’s despite being the same size tire. This and the lack of any real sidewall tread blocks, means the tire is somewhat stretched on a 12” wide wheel, which means less protection for the wheels from curbs or rocks when off-road. If I was going to buy again I would get the 13.5” tires instead of the 12.5” but otherwise they’re solid tires. ... show more

Easy to mount yourself on a 8 inch wide rim with 2 pry bars out of your tool box and some dish soap. They turned out to be perfectly balanced with a 4 oz bead bag and drive 572% better than my firestone destination m/t's i had. I'm talkin these up because they are cheap, tread pattern is sweet, the tread is super deep and agressive, and they drive soooooo smooth. Sooooo smooth. It feels like you took your block lift out and put in a full leaf spring lift. Thats how much of a difference they are. No more slop in my wheel. ALL I DID WAS PUT THEM ON! I live in the mountains of Colorado on steep gravel roads. I have used these tires before and keep buying them because they work very well on mud and snow. With these tires I don't have to chain up nearly as often and the noise isn't any worse than some AT tires I have run. Every time I try a new AT, I wind up coming back to these tires because they work very well for me. Try them, you'll like them ! ... show more
