The instructions: shake vigorously for three minutes and put in dryer for three minutes. OR wait 24-48 hours for the fluff. Did the previous twice and have waited 72 hours for the pockets to fluff. NOTHING. With it on the bed there’s no difference in the softness of the mattress. The mattress toppers don’t work as well as the egg crates or just layer of foam. Edit: The company reached out to me offering to replace the topper. Awesome customer service. But after this review, I tried one more time in the dryer and the filling was much better. The topper was probably what it was supposed to be. My mattress was was too firm and the topper just didn’t give enough cushion for me. It probably would work for others. ... show more

It makes my bed look lumpy but it is very comfortable. If you have a thickness to your top cover or Comfortor/Quilt you probably would not notice. My top quilt is very thin. Still satisfied with product overall.

I love the deep, deep pockets! It goes well under the mattress to hold it in place. It is really comfortable. I am hoping that, unlike the foam mattress covers I have purchased it doesn't create valleys where you sleep.
