This mattress topper has eased a lot of my back pain so that is a game changer for me. I've been sleeping on it for 2 weeks now and after following the enclosed instructions, it has stayed plumped up and soft. I specifically chose this one because it was cotton, NOT memory foam, and NOT waterproof as I've found sleeping on any "waterproof" bedding always makes me hotter. I'm a larger person but have not had issues getting warm sleeping on this. I would recommend this product and plan to get another for my son to try.

Bought to improve the softness of my mattress. Highly rated by customers. Pad arrived in less time than originally estimated. Pad comes packed in an shrink pack, and small box, so no way would the pad fit back into original shipping box if you need to return it. Pros: seems well made, fit a deep mattress well, arrived sooner than the estimated date. Cons: Pad does not have the loft I expected. Cannot send back in original shipping box if needed. I purchased this pad on sale for $59. I would not have paid $99 for it. Will have to wait until summer to check on the “coolness” that is advertised. Update 5/25/24: So, the vender sent me an email apologizing for the dislike of the product, (which btw has since flattened out even more), and offered me a full refund, which I accepted. I have yet to receive any such refund, and had sent a reminder to the vendor asking if they expected me to return the pad before issuing a refund. No instruction from the vendor. I was impressed that the vendor was offering a full refund, but if you want the pad back, then they need to state such. As originally stated in my review, return of the item would need total repacking.
