Read the description and do a little research on what you’re actually spending your money on. This mattress is exactly as described. It does “sink” in certain spots as others mentioned, particularly around the edges but I don’t sleep on the very edge of the bed anyways.. understand that the mattress can develop bad sink spots if you lay on it prior to the 24-48hrs required to let the mattress expand entirely after opening. Zero complaints. I do recommend purchasing if it’s the type of mattress you want. Will report back if any issues arise.

It's a solid bed, and it's really GREAT for back or stomach sleepers, but just OK for side sleepers. The problem is I'm a HEAVY side sleeper. I noticed I toss and turn quite a bit. However, I did come from a plush mattress (which was too soft), but I did not toss and turn while sleeping on my side. I gave this mattress 1.5 years and it works just fine though. Very durable too. With this mattress, my arm falls asleep while laying on my side while my arm underneath my body. So now I extend my arm all the way out and I don't have that same issue, but I still toss and turn and have some back aches if I spend the whole night on my side. No back issues if I spend some of the night on my back, but I can't fall asleep like that. There was a subtle smell but if you let it breath for the day or two it suggests, it goes away. Tl;DR: Overall 3.7/5 for the 12" model, but I'll round up. Great for back and stomach sleepers, not ideal for side sleepers, especially heavy side sleepers but is manageable. If this is you, GO FOR THE 14" VERSION or find a 5-6 firmness mattress. For lighter weight side sleepers, get a plush to medium mattress, not medium firm. I should have switched it during the free nights trial. It still works and I do get good sleep on most nights.

My first thought was how can a compressed mattress be comfortable and support the combined weight of my husband and myself of approximately 400 lbs? With the 100 night return policy I thought I would give it a try. As described you need to give it time to decompress to reach it’s full firmness, but once it did what a treat to have a reasonably priced mattress delivered right to our doorstep that we could easily unpackage and setup! The edge of the mattress seems softer then traditional mattresses bought at furniture stores but it does not effect how well we have been sleeping on this mattress, and this may be because we are seniors and used to the style of “old school” mattresses ! I highly recommend this mattress and would buy again.

I’m not gonna lie, the first night was awful for me. I woke up with so much back pain. I’m guessing it was only to get used to it since I was used to my crappy mattress. I was surprised it expanded really quick within the first couple of minutes of opening. I was very scared I wouldn’t like it since my partner and I are in the plus size. Honestly we like it! This is probably our fourth night with the new mattress and I’m liking it since the second night. No cons for the moment, I also read some reviews there’s a “smell”, but not our end!

It arrived rolled up. I laced it on the box springs so when i cut off the banding, it released in a perfect placement on the bed. I ordered medium firm and slept comfortably all night finally. No smell when i opened the mattress on the bed.

Received our mattresses (2 twin xl to make a king) on June 14th and opened them to let them air up until our bed frames came in, June 19th. First night on the mattresses wasn’t too bad. Second night my wife experienced hip burning. The next morning I woke up and my hips and shoulder were also on fire. The mattress is way more firm than the medium firm that is on the description. We tried many mattresses in the medium area and all were very close in feel. This one is very hard and is now causing us pain and keeping us up at night since we are unable to get comfortable. Will be returning due to inaccurate description, that needs to be adjusted to just FIRM. Other than that the mattress is nice but needs to be more plush to reach the medium firm description. Updated review: The customer service is great!! They reached out to me about how firm the mattress is and suggested a topper to go in them. They gave me a partial refund to pay for the topper and the topper in combination with the mattresses is perfect. We love it now!
