Purchased a full 14 inch for our son. His first big boy bed! He is a very specific kid. Can’t imagine where he gets it from. He said it’s the most comfortable bed of his life. From my perspective it’s medium firm. Supportive but not hard. I can’t sleep in a hard bed even though I have back problems. This is surprising comfortable being that it isn’t as soft as I personally like it. We have had it about 30 days. I will update if something changes but we are happy today. I want to note if you sit on the side of your bed this bed doesn’t have the strongest side support but sleep wise it’s comfortable.

So far so good. I am a pretty big guy so I wanted to go to a firmer bed this time by replacing a set of memory foam Serta I series twnXL beds and I already like these more because of the hybrid inner springs. This gives me the best of both worlds. At 14” these are much thicker. Fit perfectly in our split adjustable base and I am hoping to eliminate the back pain I have. In terms of set up and unboxing: boxes are heavy but I did the unboxing solo and no unusual smells detected. I placed new mattresses in a guest bed room I have for 36 hrs. The beds easily inflated once removed from vacuum seal. I elected to wait 36 hrs before our first night.
