We are very pleased so far with the beds. We went ahead and purchased 2 twin xl instead of 1 king mattress. Of course when you do something different you worry about how it will all work out. First of all, within 5 minutes, the beds had reached their 12 inch height. Boy that was a relief. Many do not get to their advertised height. We let them wait for about 82 hours before we actually slept on them. I honestly think that's a very good thing to do. If at all possible let the bed completely fill out inside and out. The only thing I would like to mention in case it matters, is that our 2 beds ended up being about 40 inches wide instead of 39 inches. Now we thought we were going to have a real problem because these two mattresses were going on one king frame. Plus we put side retainers on the frame to keep them from sliding or moving. At first it didn't look like it was going to work for us. My husband lifted them up in the middle and them slammed them down. Voila' we now have our mattresses where they need to be. I didn't have to buy twin sheets either. My deep pocket kings fit great over the 2 mattresses. I actually have to hunt for the seem where the 2 beds come together or I wouldn't know it wasn't one mattress. We've been sleeping on it for about 3 weeks and so far, so good. I think it's just right, not overly firm but not mushy either. I would like to mention that the sides are not real supportive so you might want to be sure you sit a little further back when you get out of the be.

It's a solid bed, and it's really GREAT for back or stomach sleepers, but just OK for side sleepers. The problem is I'm a HEAVY side sleeper. I noticed I toss and turn quite a bit. However, I did come from a plush mattress (which was too soft), but I did not toss and turn while sleeping on my side. I gave this mattress 1.5 years and it works just fine though. Very durable too. With this mattress, my arm falls asleep while laying on my side while my arm underneath my body. So now I extend my arm all the way out and I don't have that same issue, but I still toss and turn and have some back aches if I spend the whole night on my side. No back issues if I spend some of the night on my back, but I can't fall asleep like that. There was a subtle smell but if you let it breath for the day or two it suggests, it goes away. Tl;DR: Overall 3.7/5 for the 12" model, but I'll round up. Great for back and stomach sleepers, not ideal for side sleepers, especially heavy side sleepers but is manageable. If this is you, GO FOR THE 14" VERSION or find a 5-6 firmness mattress. For lighter weight side sleepers, get a plush to medium mattress, not medium firm. I should have switched it during the free nights trial. It still works and I do get good sleep on most nights.

Coolvie 12" Queen Size Hybrid is what I hoped it would be. Comfortable from the start! I usually prefer a firm mattress, but after reading the reviews I ordered medium firm. It's what I expect in a mattress; enough firmness to support my 6'-5", 220 lbs. frame, and comfortable enough to fall asleep quickly. Unboxing was easy enough and any odor dissipated within 24 hours.

I needed this mattress and did know it!!. One of thr best purchase I could have made. I placed the mattress on my old box springs. I sit up high but we'll worth the money. My hubby and I are large individuals and I don't feel him moving. Does not smell and is firm but not too hard.

We purchased two twin to form a king size. Works very well and the mattresses are comfortable. Be sure to use a twin to king conversion kit. This will keep the two mattresses from separating plus eliminates the middle seam.

I'm really hoping to be able to keep this bed. I'm letting the bed sit for 3 days as the directions suggest. Today is day 2. It appears to be fully expanded, but still has a smell from the plastic. I'm super sensitive to things like this so hopefully the scent goes away by day 3/4. I picked Firm, it does feel firm in the center so far, around the edges not so much. I felt the price was fair. I'll be super excited to see if this gives me great back support. Will follow up once I've slept on it.
