Purchased my ice machine in 2023 from Kolski. He first item showed damaged from the delivery company, but they were very quick to send me a new item quickly. Does not hold 300 lbs of ice in the bin only holds maybe 150lbs. It took all the ice to fill rtic 145. So far it’s working fine bin does fill in less than 24hrs but it seems more than 12hrs. Cheap plastic drain fitting started leaking even with Teflon tape. Replaced it with brass and no more leak. Update 11/24 been having issues with ice not releasing now just does nothing. 2/3/25 company had been very helpful getting my machine fixed. They diag it and sent me a part to change. Machine is working again.

Ive owned this 350lb Ice Machine for nearly a year and am very happy with it. It makes better ice than my last machine that was nearly twice as much. I would recommend Cooski products to anyone looking for a new ice machine for the home.
