Fits a 2000 Excursion V-10 Perfectly!
The fitment was perfect on this radiator! All mounting points, hose collars were perfect! The radiator was packged well for shipping and arrived undamaged! I replaced the water pump and hoses as well, it took about 6 hours. Im very satisfied!

Have to do a little customizing to the lower rubber radiator mounts but after that, all fit great.
I was overheating when I pulled my trailer so I googled it and all roads led to plugged radiator. I could have gotten a cheaper one but I wanted an all aluminum multi-core. The welds look good. I had to cut the ears off of the lower radiator mounts to make them flat because of the added width of the tanks. I did this rather than put washers or spacers under the top mounts and the overflow tank fits like stock. I read some reviews that people spaced them out but I believe my way was better. With the larger tanks, it takes a gallon more antifreeze than stock. ... show more

Top quality
Very well built radiator. Had to return it because my transmission lines wouldn't fit but I was impressed with the build quality and really wish I could have used it. I think this is the best radiator you will get at that price.

The one I received fit perfectly except for being a little tight on the reservoir overflow tub (see photo). I simply raised the reservoir slightly with washers. The biggest concern I had based on reviews of other similar radiators was the transmission line connections. Mine fit perfectly once I removed the hose adapters that came installed - no special adapters or modifications needed. Radiator seems to be well made and leak free. ... show more
