I wanted to wait until I actually used this luggage for a trip, which I did recently. Here are a couple of things I realized while using this luggage for travel. The suitcases seem pretty sturdy and the spinner wheels work well (hopefully they last a while). I know the dimensions are clear in the product description, but wanted to confirm that only the smallest suitcase is considered a carry-on. I like the size of the medium suitcase but it is too big for a carry-on. Also the smallest suitcase does not have a side handle, which makes it a little difficult to maneuver into the overhead compartment. I also didn't realize when I bought this set that they are not expandable, which would have been a plus. But all in all, a decent set for the price. Hope to use them for a long time! ... show more

I've been traveling since I was 3 years old and I've had the family luggage for a long time. It was about time I finally upgraded to something more modern and I went with this 3-piece set. Material - I did a lot of research before finalizing my decision and part of which was wanting it to be a soft luggage set rather than a hard shell one because I've had bad experience with hard shell one and I like having the option to overstuff my luggage. I travel between the US and Europe often and I'm sure this luggage has been tossed and turned a lot by handlers and I barely see any scratches on this. Wheels - a lot of people have complaints about the wheels saying it bends or breaks off easily. Maybe their sets weren't as sturdy or it's gone through some stuff, but all 4 of my wheels on all of my sets have been toughing throughout the world. Storage - this luggage set has your standard amount of zippers. There's 1 small one on the top exterior and a decent sized one on the rest of the exterior. Inside, you have space to seperate the main compartment with another area. Lots of room for all your stuff. Also when you're not traveling, all of them go together like the stackable Russian dolls which saves up a lot of space in storage. One tiny complaint I have about this set are the handles. After a lot of use, it takes a little moving to have it go up/down from the lock position but it still works. ... show more

I have searched for new light-weight luggage everywhere & on Amazon. I needed it to be in my tight budget & be light-weight & hold up. I took a change & I have not been disappointed. My DH is handicapped now & I have to pack, load & unload our luggage now myself. We’ve done 3 road trips now & they’ve held up so well. I love the locks on the side just to keep the zippers in place. The wheels roll wonderfully & the weight feels like it’s only from what I pack. We have had the same old luggage for over 20 years before this & it was sturdy, but only two wheels & heavy all by itself. This new set is just Wonderful & cost me less than a single of quality anywhere else. I got a great deal on a quality product….. makes me happy. ... show more

used the two larger ones on a trip to Spain that covered 6 airports and no damage seen. The handle on the middle one seems a little wobbly but the wheels work fine on all so , so far I am happy...Time and travel will tell...

I love the luggage but the description says it comes with locks for the luggage… it did not. So why would you include it in the details? Very disappointing.

After years of having a plain black set of luggage, I decided to donate it and buy new. I loved this silvery gray set and bought it. It is very durable...the weight depends on what someone puts in it. It is not heavy on it's own. The set arrives with all the smaller pieces directly in the next larger one, and FYI each piece needs to be taken out a bit at an angle. Pull out the end that does not have the wheels. I liked the color, purple. I like the 4 wheels that spin and go back and forth and the telescope handles. I liked the price and the speed of delivery. The tote is average without a long strap .The bags don't expand . All in all , a nice product.

These are beautiful to look at and full of features inside and out. My daughter wanted luggage that she could easily pick out on the conveyor belt at the airport and in her favorite color. Also all the pieces on wheels to make it easier to move around and into the airport.
