These are sturdy and have survived several trips to different parts of Europe from the US in the last couple of months. While I did customize them with Orange Amps stickers, they are still pretty easy to recognize because you don’t see a ton of bright orange suitcases at the luggage carrousel. They are also lightweight which helps tremendously with the weight restrictions. I packed my clothes (jackets and jeans) AND my rollerskates (quads, so super heavy due to hardware) and I was still under the restrictions… so much so I was able to also pack a ridiculous amount of cheese and wine on my way back! ... show more

EDITED....THeir customer service team reached out and have offered a replacement. Original.....This luggage is really cute. I should have dug into the reviews closer. Obviously it’s not the highest quality for the price…but i thought that it would do the job. This was bought in February. Used only 3 times and the zipper broke. I immediately contacted Coolife customer service. They claim they offer a 2 year warranty. However, they first offered $20 for a refund. For context, to purchase the equivalent from this company - it would be $79. I continued to ask that this be escalated and that according to their warranty they should replace or refund. They offered $30, and now they offered $40 as a partial and final refund. They can not show me in the warranty why it is partial instead full. Customer service is defined by how you handle things when it goes wrong. This has been the worst experience. If you are consider similar items, I encourage you to look at those options from other companies. ... show more

I booked a 4 day trip and realized I’d let a neighbor “borrow” our very expensive luggage. I never got it back, so I needed a replacement. It is lightweight but durable. Hidden pockets in the smaller carry-on that I discovered when I was packing to come home made my day! Easy to use locks for extra security. I was able to pack everything I needed and more for four days with multiple outfits for each day and all of my toiletries. No issue with the smaller one being the carry-on. Very satisfied. These suitcases are super lightweight, very quiet when rolling, easy to maneuver and the colors are great (I got the bright green and it served it's purpose of being easily identifiable to perfection). The only downfall to the product is the plastic lining around the zipper which doesn't seem very durable at all. I travel once a year so I don't expect the suitcases to be vigorously tested but I will update how many uses I got out of them before they broke down. So far 1/1 ... show more

I bought these for a trip for my family to Vegas and I've seen how airlines treat soft luggage! So I decided I wanted hard suitcases. These were perfect for our family of 4! Very sturdy, easy to pull around the airport and hotel, and the smaller ones were perfect for carry-ons. I highly recommend these. We’ve used our luggage set several times for multiple trips. The bags are easy to move through the airport with. My only criticism is that the height measurement of the 24” bag is slightly too large to be a carry on. The largest luggage size fit me and my 3 boys items in it. When we got to the airport baggage claim we could instantly spot our baggage. It rolled through the airport with some much ease my 5 year old pulled it most of the time(because he want to. It’s very sturdy too.

We travel quite a bit and bought the 4 pc luggage set in Caribbean Blue. This luggage set is awesome! It’s true to color, has held up on several trips already with little to no damage, and there is room for EVERYTHING! The big suitcase is huge and the smallest is the perfect carry on. I’ve been asked several times in different airports where I got the small carry on because it’s so compact.
