Very good silent fans for a 280 Corsair AIO. RGB is not good not even as good as my 120 sickle Argb V2 fans. Just wish the static pressure was higher. But the fans are well built and still silent at higher speeds.

There are a lot of companies that make great fans, so what makes you choose one over the other? Obviously reviews from trusted computer review sites is the first and most important step. But after they say you cannot go wrong with three or four different manufacturers, all around the same price, performance, and noise level, what then? Customer service. That is the only thing left is customer service. I had a fan arrive DOA in a pack of three I purchased. Rather than remove them all and return through Amazon, I contacted Cooler Master for support. They were fast, friendly, and very helpful. They made the return so easy and pleasant I have become a Cooler Master buyer for life. Looks amazing, great pressure and airflow, very quiet, great price, and fantastic customer support. You really cannot go wrong with Cooler Master.

In the title of the product it states 2400rpm fan. Mine only would go up to 1900. So I read through the description and baried at the bottom it states 0 to 1900 rpm PWM fan. Definitely not the 2400 rpm in the title. Besides that it is a pretty good fan. Just a little less performance than I expected.

My PC had a positive pressure (more intake air than exhaust air). The main symptom to see it, is too much dust inside you PC in a short time (this is because too many air get into the case, including dust; and just a little getting out, so, dust stays inside), and I was not happy cleaning my PC every 3 months or so. As mentioned, I was needing more power to exhaust. I replaced my Halo 1 working as a back fan, and man!! what a change!, finally I can feel the air getting out the PC tower. I'm not telling that Halo 1 are bad, but this Halo2 really gets power to intake or exhaust (for this always look for Fan Air Pressure specs -higher is better-). The Picture shows: Halo2 (Left) and Halo1 (Right) in case you want to see how Halo2 seems to be bigger than Halo1. Almost forget, LED lights are much brighter, I can say like 30-35% approx.

Update: RMA replacement was also defective with a noisy bearing at all RPMs. 2/3 working isn't a good stat... I bought these because mounting the 27mm P14 ARGB to a radiator is a pain when the screws are 30mm long. 3mm is not a very big margin if you need a pump mount or spacer attached. The noise profile is substantially similar to the P14 ARGB as is the performance. The P14 might be slightly higher performing but it also has another 2mm to work with so I give it a pass. The LED brightness is lower % for % against the P14 but is acceptable. Quality control seems to be questionable. All five fans vibrate slightly differently, 3 of them were nearly perfect, one vibrates a little more than the others, and one makes a bearing rubbing noise at all RPMs. The noisy one is getting RMA'd as defective. The frame sits flush with radiators on the rear, but the front of the frame is recessed and leaves a gap. I presume this is so the RGB can be seen in pull applications. If you are performance minded, you may want to tape this gap up.

These fans are good for cooling and they look good. In fact my system runs 8-10 degrees cooler with these. So why the 3 stars?... I already have a Cooler Master hub that according to Cooler Master's documentation should control any Cooler Master ARGB fan... But this doesn't work without the separate supplied hub. So if you get these make sure you have a secondary USB 2 header that you aren't using and good place to stick the new hub. Otherwise these are 5 star fans....
