Description

Cooler Master is releasing the Hyper 212 Spectrum V3, a redesigned addition to its popular 212 Spectrum predecessor. The 4 heat pipe array has been treated with silver nickel plating for unhindered heat conductivity as well as matching aesthetics. The cooler height is set at 152mm, allowing for a wide range of compatibility in most chassis without sacrificing cooling. The installation brackets give you the versatility for the latest platforms on market.

  • It performs way better than you might think, looks good and it's very cheap. It performs way better than you might think, looks good and it's very cheap.
Size: 124 x 73 x 152 mm
I got it for so cheap, i was kind of dubious it would do its work, but i was wrong. It idles at 45 C, web browsing, normal work at 50 C and heavy gaming at 70~75 C depending if it's just gaming or shader compiling. It's extremely quiet and if you touch the heatsink itself with your bare hands, it barely feels warm. Recommended. ... show more

  • Keeps the CPU cool, runs quiet, and is reliable.
Size: 124 x 73 x 152 mm
Used in a gaming rig for well over a year now, keeps the CPU nice and cool. Keep the fan clean, use a good thermal paste, and it'll meet all of your expectations. Cooler Master makes great quality units, that last.

  • Affordable classic CPU cooler
Size: 124 x 73 x 152 mm
I've bought several Cooler Master Hyper 212 CPU coolers over nearly 2 decades(!!) and they have all performed well in their intended roles. For a casual Core i3/i5 PC, this cooler keeps the CPU sufficiently cool and is much quieter than the stock Intel fans. This cooler is not too big and fits in every Micro-ATX and Full ATX case I've ever owned. ... show more

  • Got it on Sale: Good Cooler, RGB can be an issue depending on build
Size: 124 x 73 x 152 mm
I am cooling my Ryzen 7 5700X with this cooler, originally was a Ryzen 5 2600. This cooler was on sale and it does a great job cooling either CPU, temps consistently stay under 80 Degrees with the right fan curves. It is also pretty quiet, but this is because my fans on my GPU were louder. The RGB was just a side-effect for being on sale cheaper than the black one, and y'know, its fine, as long as you plug it in, you can set it to a static color using your motherboard or just turn it off. The default RGB is rainbow puke, so it is annoying if you don't have the right pins. ... show more

  • Decent cooler
Size: 124 x 73 x 152 mm
This cooler has very low noise honestly with the case doors on I can tune it out , the size is pretty big which brings concerns of it causing extra damage to the motherboard in the event you ever drop your computer , the weight of this cooler and it being top heavy might cause it to bend pins but just avoid dropping your computer in the first place of course. The cooling capacity is great from my experience running it in a hot room and it keeps my computer within good operating temperatures. The ease of installation is a little bit impeded by the size of the cooler being so large , on smaller motherboards it can make removing/replacing ram a hassle , but that's potentially a non issue if you just install the cooler last. I'd say its a good value for the money and does the job its meant to do, there are smaller coolers that work just as well without the hassle of working with something this big. ... show more

  • Tried and true
Size: 124 x 73 x 152 mm
This cooler was incredibly easy to install onto my motherboard and does a great job of keeping things nice and cool. It's not too loud, the included fan isn't blazingly bright, and is overall a very sleek and useful cooler. One thing I will note to everyone is to be extra careful to not bend any argb pins on your board while installing this or any other kind of fan (Speaking from experience.) ... show more

  • Great CPU cooler at a low cost
Size: 124 x 73 x 152 mm
For the price of this cooler being only about $15-$20, it is amazing and has RGB lighting if you want that. I used this cooler with a Ryzen 7 5800X and it worked very well and looks great.
