It took me a while to pick one out. I’m glad I got this one. For me anyway it has worked out great. I like the fact that both bottom and top can be used as cooler. I used this to hold two meals, I work 12 1/2 hour plus a day. The durability portion may not be accurate because I don’t often carry like a backpack so there is not constant weight pulling on it. I put it inside a rolling bag. I would say it is not leak proof. I use ice packs not loose ice. I have had something spill in it more than once. One time it wasn’t much so it just sat at the bottom of the pack. The other time it was a little bit more and it soaked through the back of the pack. Overall I am happy with the size, it’s holds plenty of food and drinks.

I'm a pumping working mom. I got tired of carrying a separate tote bag for my pump and accessories and separate lunch box with me to work everyday. Everytime I pump at work i have to walk to the break room to the fridge, it got annoying. This bag solved all of my problems!! My spectra S1 pump is stored in the bottom as well as pump bottles, flanges. I put my milk bags on top with the ice packs that were included in the bag as well as my lunch and there's room to spare! Best of all stays cold all day, no more annoying trips to the fridge! This bag is spacious and solved all of my problems. If you're a working mom like me, 100% recommend.

My big heads-up for you is the padded back is like, a mesh-waffle fabric that traps sand in it easily. I thought I'd like the 2 stacked compartments but if there's not enough in the bottom one, it's off-balance opening it up. It's a fine cooler backpack, just not perfect. Does one even exist though?

This backpack is perfect for my husbands long 14 hour work days. The ice packs it comes with are just plastic bags you fill but they work nice if you need something quick for a one day trip. I gave this bag only 4 stars for that reason and because the extra layer of protection around the zipper is wearing away. This doesn’t affect how it keeps the food cold or how the zipper works but it’s annoying finding black pieces falling off. My husband loves the different compartments he keeps his warm food or dry food up top with a paper plate and his cold food and drinks down bottom. He also has a spot he keeps his silverware in the zipper pouch and then his badge and other necessities in the other zipper pouch. He loves the buckle feature because it keeps everything straight so you can set the backpack up right. He doesn’t have a place to put his food in a fridge at work so this works great at keeping his food cold all day. He hasn’t had any issues with it leaking and other than the area around the zipper it appears to be holding up well. He’s had it for several months now and is glad he got it. I’m going to purchase a second one to use for our long road trips. Highly recommend.

I purchased this for our recent trip to Disneyland. We wanted to take cold snacks and drinks but out Titan collapsible one was just to big so I took a risk and got this bag. It came with 5 bags to fill with water and freeze. I will say that when I saw these bags I rolled my eyes and lost hope in it they looked so flimsy. Well…. I was wrong. Those bags kept out fruit, cold cuts, cheese and drinks cold and bags were still half frozen at the end of the night. Keep in mind I packed the backpack at around 7am and didn’t get back to hotel until around 11am. Was also perfect for the beach. I’m glad I didn’t let some of the negative reviews influence me cause this was a gem.

I purchased this for a trip to the Bahamas and it performed perfectly! I used it as my personal item on the airlines with my various items, then filled it with beers when heading to the pool. it held up nicely. I am very happy with the purchase.

We were 20 minutes into our first hike with this and the stamp broke and we had to turn around and awkwardly carry it back to the car. We didn’t have that much stuff in it. A couple of sandwiches, some grapes and apples, some trail mix and some bottles of water. Really surprised that it broke so quickly when it’s supposed to be able to carry 54 cans of liquid. I also have the smaller one and I that one I’ve used once and it was packed full and did fine. As far as comfort and keeping things cool, it worked great. ***amended this from a 1 star review. Customer service reached out and was amazing. Did everything they could to make it right.
