Super high quality product

Very good value and these things are packed with high quality nutrients. They are a little hard to swallow, as you a required to choke down 6 pills. I do opt to take 4 instead due to the vitamin levels and I only weigh 150 lbs. I love the fact they have probiotics in them and everything else I need to keep my performance high in the gym. Great beginner/intermediate multivitamin, be cautious if you have allergies to shellfish

Great product! I began to fell more energized and had less joint aches after only a couple days. A serving consist of 6 tablets, but you can get by on half a dose if you are not one a strict regime. As it is best to do stacks with the highest quality ingredients at specific time intervals, the mass majority of multivitamins end up passing through the body with only around 10% of the total dosage getting absorbed. This is why the bottle shows 1000%, etc., of the daily value. These are good numbers for the numerous vitamins in this product. If you want higher quality, I am afraid that the best route is to purchase these vitamins individually and find a dosage that is best for you. I am very satisfied with the product, not to mention the price, as you get a multivitamin, joint supplement, digestion supplement, and immune supplement in one bottle. Please note that if you have an allergy to shellfish or a certain seafoods, take caution as the bottle specifically says that it contains: Fish (Tilapia), Shellfish (shrimp, crab, and/or lobster). However, in MY CASE, since there are no proteins from seafood present in this product, it does not trigger an allergic reaction although I am allergic to seafood. Allergies are very complex and you should not use my case in order to justify that it will be safe for you. If you want to try it, take 1/4 of one pill and see how it feels (have Benadryl close by). ... show more

So far so good I guess

I have been on OT for a little over a month and so far it's been fine. I guess the vitamin part is working as I haven't gotten sick. The joint support seems to work. I've had rotator cuff issues during and after workouts, but lately it hasn't been an issue. However, I had to take three weeks off from the gym just before using OT, so I don't know if it's the OT or the rest period. Maybe both? The digestive part seems to work. It doesn't act like a laxative, but it does seem to keep me regular. I have also noticed the lack of stomach pains I'd get after eating certain foods, so maybe OT is helping in that too. I have noticed I have had to urinate way more after starting these. Maybe it's the amount of water I have to drink while taking these. The pills are a little large and almost always get stuck in my throat due to the coating on the vitamins. The coating initially gets tacky when wet. If I don't take them with food I have to gulp water to push them down. They also leave this weird perfume taste in your mouth. Also taking 6 per day, 42 per week, is a little off-putting, but I've kinda gotten used to it. Overall, they're good. I'm not certain I'll buy another bottle, tho. I may go back to Opti-Men and see if any benefits of OT dissipate to get a good gauge on effectiveness. But if you're interested in taking them, they're certainly worth a try. ... show more

Good Product - Reduced knee pain when running

I am a very active person who goes to the gym daily and runs at least 5 times per week. I've taken several multivitamins over the years and used to switch off between brands periodically. I was usually satisfied but not overwhelmed by any particular product. I started taking Orange Triad and noticed that it was 6 large pills per serving which seemed like a lot. After taking this for a while, I felt as good as or slightly better overall compared to most other products. The main benefit I noticed was a reduction in knee pain when running. I'm 50 years old and my typical daily run is a little over 3 miles. I've taken Glucosamine (which is in this product) in the past and didn't find it to be very effective. I've been taking this daily now for about four years. Because of my experience with this vitamin, I started taking their (Controlled Lab's) brain health IQ supplement for the past year or so... I continue to take it, but I'm not really sure I notice much of a difference. I'm sure everyone will have different experiences, but I think this is a good option for an active person looking for a multivitamin they can settle down with. ... show more
