I’m a side sleeper I can say this pillow has helped with my arms falling asleep or waking up with my neck being sore. It lifts my head just right relieving pressure in the right spots. I totally recommend if you have similar issues.

It's good, not great. Smelled bad, so I washed the cover and wiped cushion down with cleaning wipe. Fixed smell. It does not have one side hump thicker or taller than other side hump.

I ordered this pillow to replace another contour pillow that had a cooling gel layer. I had spare pillow cases for the old pillow. However, when I ordered this pillow I knew those wouldn't fit the new pillow even though the description stated "standard" size. It's not a standard size length.
