I love Contigo travel mugs and have several. I use them in the car for coffee and cold drinks and I take them in the lake with me while floating on a raft. They have never once leaked and keep drinks hot or cold for hours. For cold drinks, the ice, remains long after the drink is gone. A piece of advise - only wash the stainless in the dishwasher. If you buy the colored mugs, hand wash only per description. That way the paint won't disintegrate. These are definitely worth it and highly recommended. ... show more

These look exactly like the photo on here, so pardon the lack of photo. These were a great price when I got them and they've help up great over the past 6 months, just like the one I had for years beforehand. While there are fancier upgrades and newer versions, all I need is hot or cold coffee, that remains at that temperature for a few hours, and doesn't spill or drip on me. If there is any kind of leakage, make sure the cap is on properly or, if you're drinking iced coffee, make sure there's no bits of ice stuck inside the lip. PROs: --Shiny and nice to look at, especially that blue! --Keeps my coffee hot for about 4 hours or cold for about 6+ hours --The cup is easy to handwash and the lid goes through the dishwasher with a quick hand rinse after --They're the perfect size for a large coffee and fit easily in the hand and the car's drink holder --Affordable --While nothing lasts forever, the same brand and style lasted 4-6 years last time I bought them CONs: Note: These are extremely minor issues. --A small amount of coffee can sit in where one drinks, so it's good to take a quick last sip so that your clothes don't end up spotted --Some folks may not like the button on the cap that needs to be pressed to drink from it, but it's never been a problem and isn't fiddly or difficult to press --The mug part must be hand washed --The mug can be scratched or dinged if tossed about If you're looking to save $ by bringing your own coffee to work or play in a nice shiny mug, these are ideal. ... show more

I love this cup. The insulation is great. Keeps my hot beverages warm for a good amount of time compared to others. I love the push to drink button and I have never had a leak that wasn’t user error because I didn’t close it all the way. Great value. Have used these for over 10 years and they are absolutely the best at keeping things hot or cold for long time periods. Putting them in the refrigerator seems to extend the cold time. My only issues is trying to keep the lids clean where creamer or coffee builds up when you lift up the spring lifting device. I have had several springs come off making the mugs unable to be used. I contacted the company and they don't have the ability to just buy another lid or parts like springs so that they could be replaced. That option would be cheaper than having to pay another $38.17 for two new mugs. Otherwise I love the mugs. ... show more

TRULY GREAT TRAVEL MUGS!!! About 10 yrs ago or longer 1st had purchased them elsewhere & my husband uses every day he goes to work saving a ton of money! I set coffee pot to go off & b ready for him to "pour & go" in the a.m. He works in construction & doesn't even want to try another brand again!!! Once I saw Amazon had them, have been getting from here with much better price & have in 2 days(or less) with Prime. Only reason we've ever needed to replace, was because they at times get banged up(falling off rooftops on construction sites or other high v places where get very large dents (still are able to use but won't let him leave the house like that and the only other reason is him accidentally leavingc one behind someplace that he don't know when he'll b going back to if ever.... but he ONLY WANTS CONTIGO!!! I hand wash as soon as he gets home & on weekends put the tops on top rack of dishwasher & his newest pair had a plain stainless steel mug that is able to go anywhere in dishwasher, so I put that in as well. Just b sure to rinse the lids well after being in dishwasher!!! My husband is not gentle with anything & these Contigo Travel Mugs will last him with all the uses & drops when carrying lunch bag & everything else at end of day I see some of the paint over time is scratched up but that's after a year or longer of him using almost daily outside on huge Commercial Air conditioning units that could be one of those tiny homes they sell now & he somehow v seems 2 drop them all the time from top of those onto cement type rooftops with rocks at places etc & they still hold up!!! DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND!! I make 10 cups with the coffee pot & it fills completely 2 of these as well as a large coffee mug that he drinks w/his breakfast as the others sit in Contigo mugs cooling off a bit & when getting ready to leave puts the lids on otherwise would be much much too hot for him to drink on his way to the jobsite that he's always early for & sits in his work van finishing 1st cup as reading news on cell, then brings the 2nd up to the roof, sometimes the 1st cup as well & that's when I'm cleaning out lunch bag & notice only 1 mug.... so quickly order new on here with a backup mug already in place that I ALWAYS keep for those situations...knowing they won't go bad, I figure better to b safe than sorry cause he needs those 2 full mugs to keep warm & also so used to certain anount of caffeine, he'd get a nasty caffeine withdrawal headache without it. So if looking for a great size, safe travel mugs, Contigo is the way to go!!! Family & friends have picked him up others but they've never lasted more than a, week, maybe 2 max!!! They're made to last for sure!!! Very very well made & the newer top is extremely easy to hand wash! A DEFINITE HIGH RECOMMENDATION!!! These are the best coffee mugs I’ve ever had. I’ve used a well known competitors mug for years, took all the seals off to clean it all the time but one day I decided to do a deep clean and found multiple seals I didn’t know existed and they were full of mold and falling apart.
